Caller: (03) 8624 4051 DHHS does not exist since 1/2/2021. They have been split up into DH and DHS. These callers never leave a VM whereas the real DH would leave a message.

SMS'ed by this number claiming to be Depart. of Health and that I'll get a call soon from this no. Then a min later got called from this number. Why would anyone SMS U and call in a couple of minnutes, when they can just call U right away ? Very suspicious indeed.

Claims to be from Department of Health. Call is preceded by a text message from a user named "DH-COVID19" advising to expect a call from this number regarding my COVID 19 vaccination. This is undoubtedly a scam to obtain personal details to commit identity theft. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DATE OF BIRTH AND ADDRESS. If you have been vaccinated, DHS already know these details and don't need to ask for them.

Caller: (03) 8624 4051 People who say this number is a scam are scammers! Don't listen to them, it's the Victorian Department of Health. They sent me a text saying they would call and then rang to follow up my vaccination to see if I wanted to get my booster. Good on them.

Caller: Didn't catch the name Got text msg from (03) 8624 4051 saying to expect call from Department of Health. Got call few minutes later and caller wanted to confirm I had my second covid jab on this particular date. He gave correct date and asked if I needed help to book a booster as it was more than four months. I said I already had a booster and he then said thank you and ended the call. Didn't want any personal information at all. Scam or legitimate?

Got a sms stating to be prepared to receive a call from the dept of health regarding my covid-19 vaccine. I got a call shortly after and the caller did not leave a message. If this is a genuine call from the dept of health I would expect the person to state his/her name and role at dept of health and what the call is about. I have read other comments on this site about this number and am concerned that this number is a scam and will block the number.

Caller: Text message supposedly from DH-COVID 19 Text message said ‘ Hi, please be prepared to receive a call shortly from the Department of Health on (03) 8624 4051 regarding your COVID-19 vaccination.’ No call has occurred, but as I am in regional Victoria my pathetic mobile phone reception rarely means calls get through. I will be treating it as a scam and certainly not giving out any personal information.

Recieves message & then a phonecall.i was told I was eligible for 3rd vaccine. I told them I had already had it. They knew the date I had my 2nd jab. They then asked if there was anyone in house over 12 that hadn't been vaccinated, I then finished conversation. I am suspicious!
