*him talking over the top of me - "no love love love no no love love love"+ the whole time I am saying - "do not call this number again - do you understand?"

This is like the 40th call from 03 864____ numbers. This MUST be illegal. Have complained to Telstra and not heard back from them.

These people just call relentlessly, numerous times a day but mostly hang up.
Very annoying, but when the don't you realise they are telemarketers wanting you to switch telephone supplier.

I also posted to another number they use but simply block them from calling. I will never answer the phone and talk to these mouth-breathing, waft-of-cheap-curry-spiced morons. I only discovered what the game is when googling the numbers. Do the same for yourself and check links at [1] and [2]. Simple. Well, until they call from another number. Shame Telstra wont block number ranges. They said not an option when I enquired. Good luck all.

repeated calls, blocked number, rang back on different number everytime i blocked the one they just used. Rang telstra as they originally said they were from telstra. they blocked number but again just rang on different one

20 Calls in two days pretending to be Telstra (which they are NOT) and I suspect trying to scam me to transfer to another provider.

Ring them and ask to be put on their do not call list. I havent had a call since.

Got called a few times today claiming to be from "home budget Aus", knew the suburb we lived in, claimed to know our phone bill details of the last few weeks. Hung up after asking how they got the information they claimed to have.

Yes they are annoying me too. 12 calls over the last few days, I'm normally reserved and patient but from now on. I've found my vortex whistle and am going to use it so good luck with your ears!

My older dad knows that it's a scam, but the other day he decided to play dumb with them and put on a really elderly man's voice sounding like he didn't have a clue what was going on, then hung up on them.. not 1 minute later they called back!! I was disgusted! They obviously thought they had struck 'gold'! - an "old man without a clue"!!! Man did they get a shock when I answered, I told the man to stop calling us...and he YELLED down the phone at me "NO NO NO!!!"... I said "I beg your pardon??... If you don't take our number off your call list, I will involve the law!!!" ... He said ok ok and hung up.. we haven't received another call since then....

I think they will continue to call them unless you tell them to take you off their list...

Got a call from Telko Choice.
3 within 15 minutes.
First caller hung up on me after I asked him to state the name of the company he was calling for.
Second caller told me they were going to increase my download speed from 3.3mbs to 20mbs... When I asked how, he put me through to a technician who put on a fake Australian accent (at first), and said G'Day etc. He explained what he thought was technically confusing, and then I declined the offer (he was very quick to say Telko Choice had nothing to do with Telstra however).
2 minutes Later I got a call from yet another Telko Choice caller who I had to be firm with and ask to take me off the call list.
Waiting to see if that works before a call to the Ombudsman.

They are not affiliated with Telstra. Do not give them any information. Yesterday after 2 weeks of relentless calls I contacted Telstra who rang a check on the numbers and confirmed my gut feeling that they are scammers!

Same here. I must have had 20 calls in the past 3 days. Ridiculous. Most of them they disconnect the call before speaking, which is strange.

Tired of these mongrels, bought a Uniden Phone with a calling No. blocking facility.
Works very well!!!!!!!!!!!
