Man called Alex rang and I told them to stop calling and then he threatened to keep calling every 15 minutes. Said he was from South Melbourne

We've had non stop calls from this number some nights. I answered one just to tell them to give up and the guy would not take no for an answer. Hung up in him and he called straight back!! They are continuous and annoying. Getting onto Telstra now to block these mongrels.

My VOIP system shows this caller as being "Overseas" as well as the "local" number (03) 8644 2948. They call repeatedly in an attempt to get us to switch telephone providers, now we just ignore any call from them. No message is ever left. It's BS that businesses can't use the "do Not Call" register.

If you pick up the phone and don't say anything, they will hang up. If you say 'Hello' their computer will detect that someone has spoken and a rep will come online. I just give an evil laugh and hang up. I have caller ID and a specific ring tone assigned to their numbers (there are several) so I choose when I want to laugh at them. They changed their numbers in the past couple of weeks. But I'm getting to the point where I am on the verge of giving up my home phone.

just received my 10th call in 4 days from (03) 8644 2948 - this last one identified himself as Jack Frost.... what do they get out of calling so many times??? Surely no one takes the offer....
I am now blocking the number with Telstra - unwelcome calls and calling the do not call register to have my number removed from all / any telemarketers - 1300 792 958

rang 3 times in 20 mins, the guy doesn't speak engrish I couldn't understand what he was trying to say...

They've called many times always telling me they can give me a better deal for my home phone . Tonight after more calls my husband let loose and used some colorful language to get these people to stop. The calls came in fast, and continuously. When I answers, the guy told me he would be calling all night. The calls will keep coming. I called Telstra and they have blocked this number from calling our home. Not sure if it will deter them

I have had this number ring me 12 times today and hang up when I answer. The last time was 7:11pm. How can I get them to stop calling. Also getting a lot of "Private number" calls which are also hanging up.

These annoying F***wits will not stop calling !, even after they were told not to call again as not interested in scammers!, they do not take no as an answer very rude Indians!, how can we stop this!, why has Telstra given numbers out?

Busy working for a phone company today, and had a complaint similar to these - you can stop then by asking for Unwelcome Calls to divert off these calls from this number, Your dial tone with change when this is place to a flat tone. This would be treated as a diversion of a fixed australian number.

Have had 4 calls with in an hour, plus more whilst asleep, not the best when you work shift work, if someone knows how to get it stopped then please let me know

It is 4:27pm and I have had this number ring me 16 times today. Over it!!

Called nine times this afternoon - answered the first couple and they just hung up, so I just let it ring out the next few times, then my phone rang again and the number was withheld so I answered it and I am sure it was the same people as I got the Telstra spiel, so I just put the phone down and let him talk to himself. How do you stop these a.....holes from harassing you?

Keeps calling, he knows my name and that my line is Telstra, when asked if he is from Telstra he hangs up then calls back ten mins later and says nothing and hangs up again! Spammer Scammer

3 times from that number, then they set it to private and I know its them....so frustrating!

Have been ringing for weeks. I've told them multiple times I'm not interested but they keep calling. Now I'm not answering when I see the number but it should be stopped

These people are not telstra and are not from south Melbourne as the bozo told me today. I asked what company he worked for and he did not answer the question. They are a mob of wholesalers who can legally buy lines from telstra and then sell them to poor unsuspecting people. They wont tell you the company they are working for but will happly tell you that they are Telstra. THEY ARE NOT TELSTRA.
