These people are scammers. They have been ringing me from this number and an overseas number consistently 3-5 times a day for about a month. When the (03) number rings they just hang up (this is an automated calling bot that gets a certain number of people connected and then hangs up on the rest) and when I answer the overseas call they are there. I generally just haven't answered when they ring but did today and when they first rang from the overseas number claiming to be in Melbourne I said I have caller ID and can see you've called from overseas. They then hung up and called back from the (03) number! WT. I told them to stop calling us and hung up on them - they then proceeded to call another 5 times from both numbers. I phoned our service provider and put a block on the (03) number and they have put a trace on my phone that I can activate when I get an unwanted call. Will see what happens from here on in. The only way to completely block them would be to put a block on international calls, but we need that line open for our business. They are crazy people!

We Have been harrassed by these people on this number for the past two weeks and and they call more than ten times a day. I've told them I'm not interested in what ever it is they are pushing and to stop calling but they just keep calling.

These guys are ridiculous, they have called my phone 13 times in 3.5 hours. I'm sick at the moment with the flu so I'm home and thought I would have a nap this afternoon - every 15 minutes they called the phone. I'm on 24/7 chat now trying to get through the Telstra to block the number, but I've been waiting 1.5 hours to get through to Telstra and am still number 16 in the queue!! c'mon Telstra, just block the number for everyone in Australia and stuff them up!!

have just had a call from this number , after having many missed calls from it over the past couple of weeks , and yeah they go on about giving better phone deals but then ask for your date of birth so as they are not talking to a minor . I gave them my year of birth and she said ok , now give me your date and month , I kept refusing , and finally , she hung up on me . Now there is a turn up for the books . I got hung up on . One other time I spoke to anna , and she told me the company was called home savers Australia but there is no such company according to google.

They keep ringing and hanging up. They called last week and spoke to me but as soon as they found out I was not the account holder they hung up. Telstra has an unwelcome call centre as listed in a previous comment: 1800 805 996.

After reporting this number to Telstra who waffled around doing anything about this company even though they use Telstra's name!! Reported to telecom ombudsman ...very quick reaction from Telstra but still waffled around a solution. Now on do not dial register so far no calls. After pinning telstra down for a solution they reluctantly agreed to investigate.....lets wait and see. They have also called themselves Beagle telecom.Beagle dont have active telemarketing.They were very polite when I called to complain. Surely this company using misleading names not identifying themselves correctly is against the law?Misleading advertising even if it is over the phone?

call Telstra on 1800 805 996 and let them know your receiving nuisance calls from this number and they will block this number from calling you. and you can make a complaint about this number calling.

I had caller ID activated recently, but believe I've been getting calls from this mob for over a month. 5 in one night a couple of weeks ago. When I asked to be removed from their list, the woman said "my manager would beat me if I did that". Worst is, they say they're from Telstra offering you a better deal, then the truth comes out it's called Telcom (or similar ??) and that they're based in Melbourne - hence the 03 number - which is probably a techno re-direct somehow. Tonight I've had 2 calls from this number alone, plus an "overseas" ID. It's ridiculous that our laws can't protect us from this b/s.

Often call here, 3 times in last 15 minutes. I don't answer as have caller ID display.

This number is the BIGGEST nuisance!! Surely there is some way we can block them from ringing our phones. Absolute pests. They don't reply when I answer the phone (which I don't anymore). It is harassment and we should be able to get the law onto them!

Have had 5 calls from 5-8pm today, got so fed up I gave the phone to my 4 year old where they exchanged Hello's until they hung up.

I had the rudest prat ring up from this number - and try and make out he was from Telstra and was going to be giving us a better deal because we were long time customers.... I asked outright was his employer Telstra and he was trying to get me muddled up!!! I ended up hanging up in sheer frustration! I signed up for the Do Not Call Register a fortnight ago... Can't wait for it to kick in after the 30 days so scum like this can't call!

Surely after all these complaints something can be done???!!!?? I have had a ridiculous amount of calls from these people!!!!!

This number has been ringing me up to 3 times a day. They tell me they will better my Telstra plan if I go with them. So they are not actually with Telstra they only ring Telstra numbers. They are from another company. I have told them time and time again to stop ringing me I'm not interested but I get another call an hour later. When I yell at them they call me a mother f&#ker and hang up. I'm sick of the abuse. Over 20 calls in one week what a joke. Something needs to be done.

Fed up with these people ringing me told them to f... off and he said I will keep ringing you every few minutes. Why doesn't Australian government do something about these idiots.
