I was called by this company requesting I leave letter in my neighbours box and the company went on to say if y don’t we can have u for not following rules and take u court I told them to jam it hung up on them .

Irish guy has called me a number of times of this number, refuses to share reason why he is calling until i divulge personal information. Absolute BS

unbelievable, very rude, rang my work and asked to speak with the HR manager to disclose the information.

Who calls from this number and tells you to write a reference number down and phone number and put it in neighbours letter box how about you come and do your own work guys this is a absolute joke what kind of company are you running 😡

Bullsh*t you don't!!! I just had a call here with Amber looking for a former employee and everything was divulged. Scumbags is not strong enough a word to describe this company!!!

I just received a message from a girl I know saying a Matthew Paul from this number called her saying I owe them money. Which I don’t. I don’t know who this guy is or who he works for but calling a stranger and telling them of something I’ve apparently done and giving details??? Who does that..

Said he got my cell no from "public Information" asked me to go next door and pass on a message to someone working there asking her to call him as she was a client of his, stupidly I called the business and passed on the message, not thinking clearly, about the fact that he could have called the business himself! I so regret doing that after looking on google and seeing that it was a collection company. Will Be smarter next time.

this number called my work,and left details of a reference num and a name to call back,not appropriate calling a work place as I work for a government company.And is no one elses business about any ones finances.Totally disgusted in this practise.....

Why is it that people take out loans that they eventually can't pay and think they should be forgiven the loans? Most of these comments here are pathetic! Debt collectors don't usually call neighbours or relatives unless the person they want is avoiding calls or liability and they have right in contacting third parties in that regard. So, if you owe it, pay it!

I received phone call from 1800 708 124 and the person asked me my date of birth to verify. I never have any relation with this company but they said i called them before. I told the person not to contact me again but just heard that they will call me again and again. Crazy!!!!!

Just received a call from Annette on the above with extension number 36042.
From what I can understand Westfarmers paid out on and insurance claim, they have then sold this to the above bastards and now they keep ringing me to try to collect.
As Westfarmers sold their insurance payout, whats the point of having insurance??
Been paying westfarmers insurance for years and after they do a payout on the policy they then sell it to the above bastards.
Is this practice legal??
And just now as I type Stephen from (02) 4908 7266 from the same group rang and got stuck into me..
So I let fly...

I’m amazed they get away with the level of harassment they dish out . After I told them when I’m in a position to pay the debt that I will certainly be happy to talk to them I started to receive a barrage of calls 3 in a day so far I’ve had 12 in 7 days I’m now going to record the calls and log the time and dates and make an official complaint to the ACCC .
