Grrrrrr I received a call before 8am regarding my neighbour who has been less than friendly or civil to me and my family however I would never divulge her private information to anyone and to think that random callers who know your name and address feel it's ok to call and not identify themselves whilst expecting you to identify your neighbour is not only rude but absurd!!!!!!!

I got a call asking me to pass on this number and a reference number to my neighbour, the caller seemed well mannered enough but I did think it was odd that someone would be calling asking me to pass on that kind of message for them.

these annoying pricks call more than regularly. they are looking for my brother who gave me letter of authority to handle his affairs since he got sick about 18 months ago. every time they call, i tell them to send a copy of the contract since all contract is law & all law is contract. they have yet to send a copy of this supposed contract. i have taken it upon myself to show them how to use every swear word in my vocabulary. it is lion finance & they can go penetrate themselves unless they can provide a contract which they seem to think they don't have to do.

They left a letter. Handwritten in my letterbox and it isn't even my house. I was paying money under some lose agreement but they never ever sent me a statement of payments made and the debt never seemed to go down even though they agreed to freeze the interest. What is this a we're watching you threat?? Yes I stopped paying. Send me statements of payments made like a bank would and show me this debt I am "paying" off. My credits f*cked anyway.

get your finances sorted then maybe you wont receive phone calls from them, end of the day they are just doing their job and trying to help you get out of debt.

These people harass and call even your work numbers. Do not provide them with any personal details and cantact the financial services ombudsman @ https://www.fos.org.au/ and contact your local police with the name of the person calling you and report them for stalking.

the best thing to do is Not hang up on them . YES , Not hang up , it ties up the line so they can not use it to call the next person. do it for a hour or two.
the more people do this the quicker they will be shut down.

These parasites belittle you (LION FINANCE) about a debt they brought from GE Finance. I may still owe the debt, however I did not enter into an agreement with them. So they can keep calling, however legislation states they cant call more than a reasonable amount of time, so 50 calls a week is madness

they just don't give up they rang 4 times about 15 to 20 minutes apart before I finally gave up and answered....harassment or what... very rude when speaking to you as well... won't be answering their calls again

I've had this mom ring me so many times falsely claiming that I have a debt owed to some party/ies. They don't say who they are, ask personal information which I won't give and just don't give up. Lyon's finance - I know you buy/mange other creditor's bad debts - make sure of your facts before you make allegations or go snooping after peoples personal information that you do NOT have a right to know - despite the attitude of your staff. Bullying tactics are insulting and won;t work on this little credit clean black duck!!
