Appears to be a legitimate number for iinet , however , this number has called me several times in the last month and disconnected before I answered . Should anyone from iinet wish to call me, feel free to do so but please stay on the line till I answer the call

iiNet calling me to tell me I'm 3 months overdue on my AUTO DEBIT payment. Very annoying and confusing.
I've also updated my bank details recently with them by phone, but apparently they still have my old details, which doesn't really matter because the account is still active and has money on it. Very frustrating and a waste of time!
I chose iiNet because their customer service was really good the first time I contacted them. Not sure what happened.

I have been with Iinet for over 10 years and have had very few complaints about them. Will stick with them

Received a call on my mobile...Have not contacted iinet about any problems and I don't want NBN either as the wireless here is already congested ,slow and always cutting out.I had the call while my phone was off..

Rang at 07:15 and then again at 13:00 - nobody on the end of the line both times!

Now I know it is iinet but I have not requested a service call.My phone is working fine because I never use it...just internet (adsl) and won't get NBN as we only have wireless here in a country town that is already congested with everyone complaining.Installation is too expensive for my pension as well. I received a call last week at 4 am and previously have had many calls between 12.30 am and 5 am in the morning, I am 73 years old.My do not call button is turned on at 5 pm so I can eat my dinner in peace and is turned off at 8 am in the morning.If I want nbn I will ask for it...why don't they understand. I am on the Do Not Call Register and have a silent number so should not be getting these calls.

Turkeys............I specifically asked them to reply via email..................3 missed calls later one directly after the other too mind you; they didn't even leave a message.
Getting harder to deal with lately!!!
