Wow… I am very surprised at how many of these experiences match my own. I contacted via email to say reduce prices or I’m outa here and now I’m getting harassed by this number. They don’t say who they are, terrible business phone etiquette, can hardly hear/understand them and most of the time it just hangs up? Ive been with Netspace before it was consumed by iinet but looks like a good time to get a better deal. STOP CALLING IN RESPONSE TO EMAILS (fkn ijits) and sack some of these atrocious staff!

I send a support email and you guys are calling me instead of Replying to the email I sent. If I wanted you to call back I would have phoned or included it in the email. With a couple of kids in the household who have naps, I don't want to be disturbed by phone calls.

I'm not even an iinet costumer, somehow I went through them when I got my NBN fixed. Now days later at 8 pm I might add I keep getting calls from them. I can't even understand the damn voice message cause they are not f*cking Australian.. starting to piss me off.

I had the same. I send an email and they called my mobile which I do not hear all the time. Now I have to send them an email again to call me on the landline at a time when it is suitable, as they have called in the past when we were having our hot lunch.

This number has called me in the past so many times and never left a voice mail, that I saved it as “scammer” in my
Contacts, so I wouldn’t inadvertently answer them in future. They called today and I googled
The number to arrive at this page and see it’s iiNet! Geez… what a surprise. Submitted a querie online today and specifically stated I wanted a response in writing and not to call me. I see they make a habit of ignoring customers requests because other people have commented the same. Ignorant arse holes.

I submitted an email query as my latest emailed bill had increased without any prior notice. I received a call from (08) 6263 6363, the line was so bad I couldn't hear nor understand most of what Dennis was saying so he said he would send me an email. Great, that's what I was expecting to start with. The email I received was an automated email asking how good Dennis's customer service was and would I please do a quick online survey. Um.....REALLY?? What a waste of time - reading all of the 'complaints' I'm not surprised by my experience.....

Call back from iiNet following an online question I submitted. Hung up before I could answer.
I had contacted them online to see if they could match cheaper competitor NBN offers. Guess they can't, or don't want to.

I've been waiting nearly two weeks for a reply to two emails to their support dept. This call was apparently from iinet but when I answered there was no one there. I said "Hello" a number of times but no response, so I hung up.

Most annoying thing is that they have turned off Caller ID. I now have 3 numbers in my phonebook all from who I thought was Internode. Obviously its the same call centre that handles all of TPGs companies. So if you feel like you are getting the run around it's probably because the help desk is very confused about your supplier.

Like others, I submit a problem and specifically not entering my phone number hoping that they will email me and I get a phone call instead from a company that could NOT be bothered to use caller ID. But I guess it's the same overseas (un)help centre that handles all of TPG and its subsidiaries including iiNet, Internode and it appears Westnet.

You are being ripped off, they are owned by TPG as is Internode. Both TPG and Internode are cheaper.
I'm with Internode and since TPG took over they have slid downhill dramatically. I used to be able to talk to people with an excellent grasp of English, now it's heavily accented people who you cannot understand and some display arrogance, they either are not prepared to explain things clearly or articulately or they just cannot.

When I was experiencing tech issues and my mobile phone lost its connection and cut the call, the customer service operator called me back immediately using this number.
I called the number back. It's essentially like calling 132258 (iinet), so I couldn't speak to the same person again.
