Called twice at 9pm and left no message. Apparently it's IiNet so the following text tells me. Why can't they leave a message???

If it is II Net why not leave a message ? or at least say there name.

Very annoying persistent repeat phone calls. I let them ring out.

I just had three calls in a minute... no identification just a number...as it was an 08 number I hung up... as a few years ago, there was a scam going on mobiles and the number started with 08..... since I do not know anyone with this number, I did not answer.... I would prefer email reply.....

Whomever it was. I had organised iiNet to ring me back at 4pm that day. The day before I waited all evening for them to call back, no luck. This is unacceptable!!

Double billing has been my experience that only after persistent effort appears to have been fixed. Reporting to the "relevant authorities" - ie, the Telecommunications Industry Ombundsman - achieved nothing. I am now without access to their paid television channels because my remote needed for access is broken. Despite requesting a replacement over a month ago and a promise I would receive it in a matter of days, and a subsequent reminder call, I have still not received the replacement remote therefore now paying for a service I no longer receive.
