I used to think the same and had the same experience as yours. Not any more

iinet support number calling about my my internet being setup. I've been with iinet before without any problems, always been a good service and customer support. Was polite and helpful. South African accent. Not sure why there would be complaints about a support number, but there you go.

Read the reviews above and realised the number was for iiNet. I am waiting on my NBN order to be processed but there had been complications with the NBN (not iiNet).
The guy on the phone was really helpful and answered all my questions. Glad I took the call.

I cannot take a phone call . All I want is an email response to my question. Is that too hard ?

From iinet calling about my recent satalite connection. Legit but asking me for my full name, address and date of birth to confirm who I was. Didn't give them my DOB as all they wanted to know was if my internet connection was working. Easy to give out details for identity theft if unaware.

Called twice at 9pm and left no message. Apparently it's IiNet so the following text tells me. Why can't they leave a message???

If it is II Net why not leave a message ? or at least say there name.
What they got to hide .?

Very annoying persistent repeat phone calls. I let them ring out.

I just had three calls in a minute... no identification just a number...as it was an 08 number I hung up... as a few years ago, there was a scam going on mobiles and the number started with 08..... since I do not know anyone with this number, I did not answer.... I would prefer email reply.....

Whomever it was. I had organised iiNet to ring me back at 4pm that day. The day before I waited all evening for them to call back, no luck. This is unacceptable!!

Why are they keep ringing after 7PM and if you answer there is no response or audio at all.
