Our government is totally useless in this area. They could shut this down but choose to do nothing as that would require work!

I continue to get hounded by these people from so called Benefit deal.
How do these people get our numbers??
When I answered the call the guy asked me how was my day and if he was speaking to ..he said my name..

I asked him who was calling and he yelled at me “ I rang you..I ask the questions..not you!
WTF!

This has to stop! Everyday for the last 2 weeks I have had aT least 1 spam call...today 3!

Why is the government not doing anything to stop it’s citizens being subjected to this type of abuse!

Agree with everyone else, these m'fker's call me daily and even when I threaten with reporting to the Ombudsman it makes no difference. Have asked too many times to recall to have them remove my number so now if I'm in the mood I pretend to be very elderly or really dumb just to piss them off. Most of the time they hang up quite quickly!!

They pester me constantly with their blasted benefits deal, and would not take no for an answer. It seems that they are calling from India. What is worrying me is that they know my name and my mobile number, and they want more information from me which I refuse to provide. I have told them off so many times and they keep calling back. This is a scam, why does the Government not doing anything about it?

OK so last in nov 2020 my husband changed elec providers from and elec provider to AGL.... and back again - since then he has received a call everynight from Benefit deals.... and now today I have been getting them and i think AGL has onsold details as many years ago i held an account with agl in my maiden name and thats they asked to speak to just now on (03) 4344 4435

They are a scam company. I asked the person calling me as whats your website address, he replied that I can't provide you with that information and you have to speak to our expert to fin out more about us. The guy couldn't provide me their ABN as well. They rang me from this number (03) 5317 8626
