Called back and it says it’s offering great deals on telecommunications. So I would say avoid this one

Caller: They don’t say who they are

They call more than six times a day, wake the baby, interrupt meals and even though they have been told there are no other options as we are regional they continue to call. Taken to picking up the phone and saying f$&@ off or hanging up. Bren ongoing for more than three years. Our number is silent, on a no call list and only close family know the number. We have never given it to a company to on sell and our provider can’t guarantee a new number won’t have the same issue.

Most are trying to sell “ a better deal on power”. We have told them there is only one option in Garth north qld but they just stay on script. They are so dumb that when we said we are on
Off grid solar and don’t have a power company they can’t understand why they won’t be able to do a better deal.

The accents and the fact they think it snow here were a give away that this number is being used to divert calls from a foreign call centre. Any one in oz would

Likely a sales call, as when I picked up the line sounded like it was coming from overseas --> spoofed voip call to appear like a local call.

Caller: Solar Centric

Been getting 3 or 4 calls a week from indian telemarketers claiming to represent Solar Centric. I have been telling these people for months 'not to call again' but they continued to do so. Found a contact number on the Solar Centric website but no one answered. I then returned one of the recent calls they made to me and was given the option to 'opt out' by a recorded message. I followed the prompts and they said I had been added to their do not call register. Have my doubts as to whether this has worked but fingers crossed.

Leaving missed calls, no voicemall. Likely nuisance

Caller: An Indian scam company

Do NOT give your details over to these callers. They are calling from India, over a Victorian VoIP and give provide incorrect names pretending to be from Australia.

Potential fraud, did not answer

She asked : are you ...... ( she know my name), I didn't answer, I asked: who are you? Where are you calling from? Then she hang up the phone!
