Scam

supposedly from Telstra support - informing me that my connection is not secure. I work in the IT field and straight away I knew it was a scam.

as I started asking more into what they "needed" to do, I think they realized that I knew what they were doing.

Scam time waster.

Scam.
A delay to engage the call then an automated response says 'Attention government blah blah'

no message=blocked number

I do the silence thing too. They can't seem to deal with it and hang up.

I returned a call from (03) 4344 4435 but reached vm for Benefit Deal

Caller: "Benefit Deal"

Allegedly offering deals on phone/internet. Called me 3 times yesterday afternoon. Number blocked.

Caller: Telemarketer

I called back. There was an automated message saying they are from a company that can offer better deals on phoneline and internet.

I have had three calls from this number today, but as it is a Victorian STD code I haven't answered the phone. No message is left so I am assuming this is another nuisance caller.

I picked up the phone , said nothing... they hung up without a word! BULLsh*t SCAM!! no doubt!!

They Called a few times but haven't left a message. Suspect its an energy or internet caller. Blocked.

Hung up as soon as answered. 2 times in one day

Terrible connection quality, trying to compare energy rates. Couldn't make out who they were representing but supposedly it's a retailer based in Geelong.
