She put me onto her supervisor Chris both strong Indian accents. Demanded their address before I spoke to him. He said it was in Victoria. I said Victoria is a big state...they said Melbourne. I said I had a right to know their details from a consumers point of view. 100 Albert street south Melbourne opposite the race track. Very smooth and arrogant. Don’t allow them to talk to you on the phone. I googled them and found this die.

I'm sick of these d*ck heads call me asking me to verify my name and then hanging up. Number comes up as (03) 5317 9223 Buninyong Victoria. Hope they go to prison but you all know as do they that Australian authorities are piss weak and do nothing.

They have a new number again (03) 8372 3199. These guys have been calling me weekly for the last few months. Every time they call, I tell them I'm not interested. They continue to call. I call them back (which sounds like an international connecting call) and try to make a complaint but end up waiting on the line for an eternity so just hang up in the end. I have blocked their number at least 6 times but they manage to call back on a different number each time. They must have a digital VIOP phone which dials from a bunch of different numbers. It stinks of an Indian Call Centre scam. These guys need to be shut down!

A male with a very thick Indian accent called me from Benefit Deals. I asked him if he was calling from an Indian call centre, to which he said no. He worked at the Head Office in South Melbourne. So, I asked him for the street address. He couldn't answer but suggested I googled it!!!!!! I lost my cool and told him who I thought he was, a scumbag scanner and where to go and to remember to take Google with him too. I am so sick

Called me on 03 8372 317, they are clearly a scam, it's easy to tell because you can hear the call divert, I keep getting random calls from mobile phones that hang up when you answer then a few days later they call me, happens over and over. Drives me nuts.

Constantly having these cock suckers calling me up through out the day, almost daily for the past few weeks.
I get asked if I have solar panels, I ask to have my number removed from their call register, I then block their numbers and get called from different numbers.

Call from Benefit deal telling me it was “their job to make sure i pay the right amount for energy”...mistook my name, i did not stop to correct them, and kept calling me mate constantly, pretty poor script. I said thanks but no thanks and then he proceeded to yell over me. I told him to lower his voice and remember he was actually meant to be selling me something and then hung up. So unpleasant.

They have been calling me multiple times and the reason why they use multiple numbers is that they use a VPN connection From India which cannot be traced.
Very Rude and Pushy but I have sworn at them in their own language.
Unfortunately, no one can stop them as they operate from a small town with a VPN.
There is a series on Netflix called "Jamtara" which shows the modus operandi of these crooks with credit Card fraud.DO NOT ANSWER ANY OF THEIR CALLS!!!
