Caller: unsure

this number called twice - no message left. Called back - went straight to recorded message "We're calling you to discuss some great deals...." hung up immediately and blocked this number.

Just blocked them, they also left a meaningless burst of sound on my message bank.
Our phones will become useless eventually as more and more nuisance calls are done robotically and repetitively.

Caller: scam

Guys this is a scam caller. Night before they will test mobile number out via: as an example 0422 405 038. If you pick up the cal lwill then hang up.. This tells them that your mobile number is active.

The following day, they will call from a sydney or melb number. These guys work in tandum. This is a IVR/Call centre number. THiS IS A SCAM!

I never answer these calls if I don’t recognise the number and I don’t know anyone in Clayton Victoria. If they were a legit caller for my business they would leave a message. Blocking this call. Thanks everyone!

Caller: Benefit Deals

They call almost everyday of the week, sometimes two or three times in the day on different numbers on both my landline and mobile. It doesn't matter how many times you ask them not to ring or tell them that you are not interested they will not stop. They actually start to become aggressive.

Company does not appear to have a valid ABN.

I got a call from this number and call got disconnected in few seconds.
then I called back and it was a telemarketing auto answering service

Indian telemarketer with VERY poor English calling about saving on power bills. Didn't even have the right address for my name

Call centre - I hung up after introduction.

I picked up they hang up straight away then called again half an hr later and then did the same thing

Indian caller. Something to do with electricity and wanting to give me a better deal with my current retailer. Kept telling her I wasn't interested. She then got angry when I wouldn't give her my address. I'm so bloody sick of these types of calls. What's the point of the do not call register???

Didn’t answer. Called twice, they didn’t leave a message. I figured it was someone trying to sell something turns out by reading the others who had been called, I was correct. Thanks everyone! Now blocked!
