Someone called Aiesha or Aleesha, she wanted me to confirm my birth date, she said she had my name and details already but she needed me to confirm my details, so I asked her what my name was and she gave me an incorrect name, hung up straight away.

Spoke with Optus in regards to a line fault at our business. This is the number they promptly called me back on to address the issue & organise a technician to come out. No issues with this number.

This number belongs to Optus. If you are waiting on a call back, they will call from this number. If you have been given an extension on a bill, they will call you on the date agreed as the new "payment due date", this is number they will call you from. Anytime Optus Customer Service Officers from call centres need to call you, they will call from this number. You CAN in fact call back using this number. I suggest you call between business hours, AEST.
