Optus Support making sure my issue was resolved. I would have appreciated it a month ago, but better late than they lose me, eh!

Just got off landline with optus who very very helpful in fixing up my outlook dramas with spam and viruses. My mobile rang from this number - no one at other end - no dramas.

Waiting three days for help from optus to activate and assist with modem installation, following many voice prompts to be advised to get online to activate. if only i bloody could. Also when you get through wait times are excessive. Its amazing how quick response is if you are looking to upgrade or purchase product. i NBN techs finish at 7pm. had a missed call from this number at 9.25pm. I am going to try this arvo better get a result.

This is not spam. I logged a call with Optus after having internet issues. This was the number they called back on to let me know the outcome of the issues. All legit. The Call Type box below does not let you choose something legitimate - only spam/nuisance type options - so you have no choice but to put Unknown.

I called Optus directly 131344 ... this is them calling back as requested ... to fix my landline. (they organised a telstra techie appointment to fix)

Better to pick up if able to check this site fast... impossible to contact back as it goes to their call centre.
