We are getting too many calls from these scammers even after swearing at them!
And we are on the "do not call register".
Does anyone know how we report this scam and who to?

Have had numerous calls from this number and (02) 8091 4668 both asking about an accident that someone has had in the last two years. Nope. We're a business and they can't provide any further information.

Wife got a call today saying same as above. Indian guy saying someone in the house involved in a accident two years ago. What a load of sh*t.

Just received a call claiming to be from a law firm and that I had an accident within the last 2 years. When I said no he hung up.

Call from this number today. 2nd call within the week. Same as others .. car accident .. I hung up.

Had the call yesterday fr9m the "accidrnt invetsigation department ".


Received the call yesterday.

After my questions I am told they are a law firm based in Cedric Street Newcastle.

Same indian man about a car accident. i asked do you know who i am ? and they said yes and i know your address they were very rude but couldnt give my correct name!! so they hung up.

Had the same call just now! Exactly the same reason as above, about some car accident in the last 2 years. I said no and they hung up.

I've had 10 calls from these people. Claiming to have information about an accident - there was none. A pure scam.
Gave their address as. ACS lawyers. 231 Adelaide Terrace.

Got a call from this number . Indian accent . She said it was the accident and emergency dept and that an accident was reported using my phone number . I asked where ? where ? as I thought it was a family member who was currently involved in an accident and wanted me at A&E dept .They hung up. Tried to call back to blast them about scaring people . no answer

We had the same call here at work 5 times today :(

Just had the number call me today. I didn't recognize it, so I did NOT answer.

They left NO MESSAGE.

I called back OVER & OVER & OVER again to BUG THEM!!!

They finally answered the phone, telling me that there was a car accident in my neighbourhood within the last 2 years and 'do you remember anything'.

I said, I know this is a SCAM!!!!! He said (Indian voice), this is NOT a Scam!!

I said YES IT IS, your number has been reported MANY TIMES with your scam!!

I called him a F*&#ing AS*%#*E and hung up!

Stupid idiot!!

I sure hope other people don't fall for this scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I receive this call also - advising I had an accident in Scarborough WA 2 yrs ago. No accident. Thanks everyone for putting this up.
