I was sceptical about the holiday club but on further investigation they are a legitimate Australian company and offer great value for money
If you are not sure call them

As the operator was talking to me on the phone I quickly googled to see if there were already complaints about their scam and presto!

pays always to check :)

I too have just had a call from Robert - ignored the first three then answered. Sounds a lot like Sunset Travel, another schonky mob who scammed me a few years ago.

Had a few missed calls from this number myself. Called back to see who it was and was told about all the benefits of Platinum Holiday club and that I had won $2000 worth of travel and $600 accommodation. These people have continuously rang twice to three times a day and never leave a message. Its annoying as hell and even though you tell them you are not interested, calls keep coming......

My partner was scammed today by Platinum Holiday Club. He got suckered into giving out his BSB and Account number. The website seems very real but it isn't. Don't fall for it like my idiot boyfriend did

Entered a competition on Facebook and they haven't stopped calling me saying I am one of their 1000 people who won and want to make me a "platinum deal" out of the "lucky ten" that get selected. They said I had won $2600 worth in accommodation and flights which lured me in. They kept pushing to sign up to their deal which is $49 a fortnight. I started questioning them, telling them to send me everything in email and of course they refused. Blocked the number, lets hope they don't keep calling back.

Had a call from this number today. From Platinum Holiday Club saying I was shortlisted for a prize after filling out a survey. Offered lifetime membership and all that jazz. Ended up saying no. Don't know if it was a scam or not but they said something about paying money in installments and getting $2000 worth of flight vouchers etc.

They are a pest, 3 calls in the one day. Wouldn't take 'not interested' as a reply so eventually told them to f... off which seems to have worked.

Any of yous do something that would give someone a reason to spy or track yous down???
I reckon it's either some sort of negative energy that gets passed through or CIU.. Just some guy and few people u call to spy on a cheating partner or some bullsh*t like debt collecting etc
I want your answers to this

So has anybody gone through with this offer or is everybody assuming?I like to think that I am not naive, perhaps google the company as I have & checked the scammer websites & I haven't seen their name or proof, only people ready to jump the gun!! I spoke to a very patient woman, demanding quite sternly that it was all a scam & in the end after quite a while, she said, "why would I jeopodise my reputation & job for $49? Good point!! I guess each to their own!!

I'm with you. Fed up with getting calls from people who rabbit on about something I do NOT want.
Lost my temper with them, and hopefully this will be the last of it.
