Multiple calls a day (that I cant answer at work) to the point where they made my battery go flat. This is harassment. So glad to have found this app so I can block it. Ridiculous!

These people are UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE! Got a call this morning saying I was choosen from the first 1000 surveys & won a 2000 hoilday credit & 600 flight credit? At first I had a instinct to not go along with it but again the man "joe" kept putting more deals & actually making the "offer" sound LEGIT. I went along with it & asked a few questions and let me say they are "trained" very well to persuade you.. Especially for myself cos im stupid enough to believe him. He went on & on and then asked for my banking details so I gave it to him. He then confirmed everything & then gave me their abn number & customer id number (to make it seem legit) so I actually believed him after that. Shortly, he went through it again & asked me he's manager told him he could offer me another deal but this time I could give the exact same deal to a family member! I said yes. He confirm that as well & went through what he had offered me & how much they will be taking out of my account ($49) fortnightly x10 he than hung up ... I quickly search them up on google & came across this site (reverse Australia) I read the comments & wow couldn't believe what I was reading .. Each comment was 100% true with what they were told & I could relate so much! I quickly called the platinum hoilday club & asked them to cancel my membership ASAP & they said I have to wait 24hrs until it's in their system. So I got a email saying congratulations on joining etc so I replied asking to cancel my membership & they replied within seconds saying this "OK DONE" that's it. I then replied "ok done what? I want a email confirming you have cancelled my membership ASAP. Poor service!" they replied "OK CANCELLED" platinum hoilday club is RUDE, POOR SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL.

A private number and when I answered the lady identified herself as representing the Platinum Holiday Club. My number is on the Do Not Call Register! Wouldn't want to ring me again.

Called my mobile twice today but didn't leave a message. I have blocked them. Sick of people thinking they have the right to call me on my mobile. I don't respond to pressure sales tactics. If I want someone's product, I will call them. If you can offer me a deal today, you can offer me that same deal on another day, after i've had time to think about it. In the meantime, get lost!

lol I got this phone call too saying that I have won $2000 voucher for my flight and $600 for accomodation. The scammer already knew my name/phone number/email address. She also started to ask for my details like my address so I got suspicious and hung up .. I told her my age though which was quite stupid but I guess nothing will happen because that's all she knows and I told her nothing about my credit card details.

These guys keep calling at inconvenient times.
have called 14 times in two days.
I picked up, and got a form of abuse; they told me that Ive missed their calls for 5 weeks ( which is absolute crap).
also gave me bullsh*t that they needed to leave in 30 minutes.

i already gave them my home address and name and DOB.
but never gave them my bank account details.
i asked them to give me an email about the information again as i couldn't understand the heavy Philippine accent...
f**k telemarkers platinum travel.

I highly recommend to lodge the complain to:

www.donotcall.gov.au

They will eventually receive the warning and penalty...
Platinum holiday club and Ignite Travel both or either...
