If you haven't already, ring your bank and let them know whats happened and they should be able to block the account that is taking the money.

DONT DO IT, SAY HELLLLL NO!

I fell for this scam as it got me at a good time where I had a week to book accommodation for family emergency flight overseas.
I was promised an email of what I just signed up for, another email explaining how it works/ welcoming pack and an email stating my payments have been finialised.
Day 1 - No email
Day 2 - No email
Day 3 - Email of my payment has gone through. No other email to log in and claim my 2000 of accommodation credits.
Called advising that I was told to receive emails straight away but nothing, she checked my account and everything was processed but said I need to wait 48 hours so had to wait another two days, leaves me 5 days to book. Nothing was sorted over the phone, even when she said she will call back in 10 mins.
Day 4 - Email was sent, to cancel and get my refund. Email return stating you will be sent your log in details.
Day 5 - No email with log in details asked for references number to make a compliant as no one was willing to help, hotel that was promised (Sheraton) was not available at my destination either.
Day 6 - received my log in details. asked for references number and to cancel.
Reply was short - please provide Bsb and acct details for refund. (Like I believe them now)
Replied- please provide reference number for ombudsman, but their response again " please provide bsb and acc details for refund.
Replied- are you refusing to provide ombudsman reference number?
No response!!

Yes it was my fault for believing them😔

Ps they said that they listened to my recording of my conversation with my salesperson CATHERINE, but Catherine failed to mention that conversation was being recorded! I'm sure that's a breach...
Liars liars liars!

This number called me a few times. I called back and got a holiday credit sales person. They said I filled out an online survey. No I didn't was my response. Maybe one of your family members did. No they didn't was my response. So your not interested in money for a holiday then I was asked. Nope. See ya..guess what. They have called back another 6 times in 24 hours.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE BULLsh*t!!!! They called me and told me about a survey I filled out. They then explained to me the 2000 travel credits and $600 worth of something else. I signed up thinking there was nothing wrong with it because I'm supposed to travel in December (next month) and the caller PROMISED ME I would get the credits as soon as I signed up! I signed up and where the hell are the credits? I was not given what I was promised. After they took out two lots of $49 from my account and also an $11 dishonour fee, I called and asked for a cancellation of my account with them. They man confirmed the cancellation, next few days they take out another $49 from me, which was all I had left!!!! They said they would listen to the recording from our phone call and double check if I agreed to "no refunds". Refund or not I cancelled my account and they still took out money! I've emailed them everyday since then and no reply back! This company is dodgy, I will call again tomorrow and if they don't give my money back I'm reporting them! DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU

Pretty much the same as above. It's a scam and luckily I didn't fall for it but can understand how you could. Always Google before giving over any information. Thanks to those who have taken the time to write something so I could not be taken for a ride.
