Here's something to try: I've just picked the phone up on their 4th call in about 15 min, and left it off the hook. Yes it means I can't use my phone but I think it means one of their lines is tied up too. If all their 'victims' did this, I assume they would eventually run out of lines on that number.

Today I got 28 calls from them im almost 3 hours. They are indian and very rude. And one of the used a fake name Tracey. Made me insane. Last call I told them I will give thier number to police and its been half hour they haven't called back yet.

How do I report this number they are always calling and its pissing me off

I have reported this number to acma but they will not take any action as long as they get few more complain for this (03) 8644 8152 number.

Having read the ACCC guidelines on Consumer Rights re unsolicited contact, I've just emailed the following complaint to the ACCC at https://www.accc.gov.au/contact-us 'Unsolicited phone calls, sometimes 4 min apart from (03) 8644 8152/">(03) 8644 8152, implying they are from Telstra (Telstra confirms they are not) despite us asking them each time not to call us. The relentlessness of the calls has made me anxious to the point of unplugging the phone for a few hours' peace. Has been happening for last 4 - 6 weeks. Just had 3 calls in the last hour. When asked to be put through to supervisor they hang up. Many similar consumer stories can be viewed at http://www.reverseaustralia.com/lookup/(03) 8644 8152/ They claimed at one point to be mailing us documents that we have 10 days to opt out of, otherwise we will be signing up with them for phone services. When my husband told them he did not want to change services, they hung up. They seem to be breaching our consumer rights - I'm sorry I can't identify who they are but is there anything you can do to stop this harrassment please?' Hoping the ACCC can do something about these shonks.

This number continues to call and ask for the householder by name. Is there anything I can do to stop this? Happens roughly even hour.

Keep receiving calls from this number, even though we told them a few weeks ago we are not interested. They just don't give up. Very much a scam

This number has been persistent, I read from ray on 27th Feb, it just called again whilst I am on here and used Ray's suggestion and as soon as I answered, waiting for the pause, and when the guys started to talk, I informed him I was recording this conversation and he hung up instantly... ! Hope that is the end of the calls as Ray suggested. I also put a formal complaint into Telstra about the number and asked if they can block it from my home phone number... Lets see if I can any action or a permanent stop to these irritating calls!

We get calls from them every 5 mins all day and late at night 7 days a week we've answered a couple of times there's a 10 second delay before they even speak and the won't tell us where they are calling from and tell us we can get discount on our Telstra plan we have caller id and it says overseas but also this 03 number definitely a scam they do not stop even when you say you are a police officer... We asked them for their id number and they don't give it out and if they were from Telstra they have to give it out straight away and its called a delta number I used to work for Telstra... This getting really out of hand and they get really aggressive when you question them

I get dozens of calls from this place weekly. I decided to entertain one today and played this guy along beautifully took him about 5 mins to work out i was taking the piss out of him. He then told me in his best aussie voice to go and get stuffed and hung up. We are on the do not call register which is a load of rubbish, we get between 10-15 per day.

(03) 8644 8152 Indian people calling from this number. offered discount on our telstra bill. We asked them to remove our details from their data. They kept calling. week days 4pm to 8pm. weekends they call all day. extremely annoying. they are very rude too!!!!!!!!!

These people non stop harass and call me on this dodgy number! They also leave messages. When i return the missed calls it diverts to an answering machine!!! Beware very dodgy! I hope they catch these criminal fraudster! They are so annoying and harassing!! Beware of this scam and number!!

sick of this number calling me asking for credit details etc, it's constant.. Every single day more then once!! Come on!

Absolute nightmare ! I have had 11 phone calls just this afternoon! How do you report these people!
