message re $2199 canon EOS ???? beware of calls and messages from 0435 312 604 , (08) 7200 7080

I received a call from a different number claiming to be eBay care and that i was going to be charged for a purchase, I kept listening to the options but didn't select anything. I just received an SMS from this number "CONFIRMED: Payment @2199.99 for Canon E0S R6-HD-Camera on 2021-05-05, AMZ#.... and to call on the number.
such a pain - definitely a SCAM

They msged me too just now with a text saying I purchased a canon. So annoying

received a text message from 0402 557 431 this number stating that I had just purchased a Canon EOS camera for $2199.99 and to call a number (08) 7200 7080.

I got this today too - telling me I bought the Canon camera. Seriously knew it was a scam straight away - I would never buy Canon. :-)

Stay away from these "people".

I received the same message on 5 May. it came from mobile number 0466 971 289

SCAM - like others, a message claiming I had purchased a Canon camera..................rang the number and got a recorded message asking me to hold.......read these while waiting for 'customer service rep' and laughed my ass off at Richard who had the scammer hook line and sinker!

Same comments and SMS message as above - this time from 0403 581 518

Received a text from 0424 895 184 saying I had purchased a Canon EOS for $2199 and to call (08) 7200 7800. This is a scam. i have blocked both numbers.

Same message claiming I bought a Canon camera. Right away googled the number and was directed to this page. Number used was 0481 315 036. Go Aussiessssssss.

As most of the above messages I also received a text message from 0423 010 696 "CONFIRMED: Payment $2199.99 for Canon E0S R6-HD-Camera on 2O21-O5-O5 AMZ#101-6517-1GT. Call-Us on (08) 7200 7080, Thank you"

SMS from 0434 016 795 Payment confirmation $2199.99 for Cannon EOS R6-HD-Camera on 2021-05-05 AMZ#101-6517-1GT Call us on (08) 7200 7080...Scam Blocked from future calls

As above - same message as some re: Canon E0S R6-HD-Camera - deleted - thanks for these information posts

Scammer for sure

received a text message from this number stating that I had just purchased a Canon EOS camera for $2199.99 and if I have a dispute then to call the number

SMS from 0413 595 836 confirming payment $2199.99 for Canon EOS R6 HD camera AMZ 101-6517-1 GT Call us on (08) 7200 7080 Thank you. Clearly a scam.

received exactly to same! Ignoring it!
