As the owner of Imperatif please let me assure you, these calls have nothing at all to do with www.imperatif.com.au. We simply used 'Australian Call Centre' as a marketing Google Adwords search term to attract new business interest to our company. However, there seems to be a company called 'Australian Call Centre' which seems to be the source of these calls. We have now cancelled this search term to avoid any confusion or any association wit this company.

A gentleman from Australian Contact Centre asking for personal details to forward to Insurance Line in regards to funeral cover.

Got a call on my mobile. Said he was from Australian Contact Centre. Was quite polite and said he would remove my number from their listing!!!!!. Their website is

I have received two calls in two days from 0438 057 233.
The guys first words to me were "this call is being recorded for training purposes" that was his first mistake. I in no certain terms told him I do not want to be recorded! Bang went the phone. It is not illegal to record phone calls if you make the other party aware. My suggestion is advise them they are being recorded for legal purposes is that ok? A lot of information can be gathered by these people be very alert .

Stacey can you give me more information regarding this number and this guy. It concerns me that he is a PI . If he is he needs to be reported to the appropriate Law enforcers.

This number called my 12 year old daughters new phone. She only calls my and my husbands phone and never gave her number out to anyone. I will be investigating Amaysim regarding the onselling of their customers private information. It's difficult for children to be confronted by sales pitches by rude telemarketers.

I Recived a missed call from this number and I called it back. A recorded message said '' this number is not available from your service. " so I decided to put the number in to google as a random thing and came across this pages. Thank God I did.

This number keeps calling often hanging up on me, or listening to me talk before hanging up. I am slightly worried should I be concerned ?

Got a call today from this guy. Trying to sell me the insurance like everyone else.
I asked him where he got my number from and said - "white pages" nope - "Sold to him from some broker" Maybe - "Some competitions" nope.

There must be a firm out there selling our number without our knowledge.

I had that call, they wouldn't tell me who they were - just kept saying Aust contact centre and then told me the call was being recorded. So - hung up. And she was rude!

I had two calls at exactly the same time on successive days from this number. They did not bother leaving a message. I think I will block it now

Just got a call from this number, they asked if I was over 18 and I said yes and then they hung up. The girl's name was Michelle but it sounded like a man doing a girl's voice. They were from the "Australian Contact Centre" as well. I'm a little concerned about how they got my number.

this numberbelongs to a private investigator anything that he says is a lie I want everyone to understand he is a bad man working for collection companies government departments and even in my case a disgruntled sex worker tryin to compile a case for lawyers. be careful he illegally records phone calls and uses the info against you.

This guy trying to sell insurance and rude as. He talks over you and I asked to be removed from the database and that I was home after working relaxing and he sarcastically said well you go back to relaxing putting your feet up etc etc and kept talking over me and I had to hang up.

Just had a call from this number, I answered and it was a very noisy background and the guy said "Crazy ey" then hung up...
