This number called and no one spoke...

Just had this call. Very noisy background.The guy said about call being recorded blah blah and then went on to tell me about Insuranceline. At which point I hung up. Seems very dodgy coming from a mobile number.

Missed call, unsure which scam they were running.

Got a call from these grubs today, once I realised they were some sort of call center I just said " no thankyou not interested goodbye" and hung up. There is an app called Mr. Number you get for your mobile phone, once installed put their number in this case 0438 057 233 on the blocklist and adjust your setting to hang up; works a treat with parasites like these people :-)))) happy blocking.

When I got a call from this number, I answered the phone as you do when it rings, they hung up, they then phoned twice more and hung up each time.

SCAM 0438 057 233 I received a call from this number today who did not leave a message. When I called back a recorded message said "we are an Australian Contact Centre that deals with many financial institutions. As this call is not of an urgent nature we will call back". No opportunity to leave message. This number is a scam, don't pick up!

Got a missed call while at work they left no voice mail, called back and got this is the Australian contact centre we will contact you back shortly have a nice day .... grrr I hate telemarketers

I started receiving calls from this number after i called the telemarketing company on 1800 477 777. Fairly certain that they passed my number on. Not happy.

Said they were australian call center, when I picked up the 2nd time they rang, said I'd found their number here and hung up

I got an auto mobile lotto txt a couple days before this phone call as well. I didn't answer.

Fraudulent, reported them to scam watch.gov, the real insurance line and blocked them! Hang up on them or even better don't answer!

Had 3 missed calls from this number today.. Last one at 7:15 pm!! I have no idea who it is, what they want and how they got my number and they are not leaving a voice mail. Very irritating!!

I just received a call from this number 0438 057 233 as well. Was told 'I'm calling from Australian Context Centre, and before I go any furher, I need to let you know this call is being recorded.' Then he jumped straight in saying I'm calling from InsuranceLine, have you heard of them? And then straight out asked if I have Funeral Insurance. Said my answer. Then he said do you have Death Insurance. Said my answer. Then he said, do you have Income Protection Insurance. Said my answer no...and he said, 'OK well I let it go.' and he hung up. RUDE!!!!!!! Not good.
