This is a scam.

They called my father in law at 7pm today, I answered call for him because he couldn't speak English very well. The person stated that he is calling from NAB bank, they called my father due to some his netbank issues. What surprised me is that they found someone who can speak mandarin in order to speaking to my father directly. At the end, this guy ask my father for his ID, bank account,address,etc. in details. My father ink law directly hung up the phone. We guess this is a scam call.

Later they asked my name and DOB to "make sure I am the right person" I hang up.

I've received 3 or 4 calls from this number. Every time I answer it hangs up. I tried calling the number and its a message recording that says its the NAB group of companies (MLC, NAB and UBank), to look up each individual company's number on their respective websites.

Got a call from that number to my mobile. Answered promptly but they hung up before saying anything.

NAB fraud assist. Not a scam.

Supposedly a 'survey' of customers by NAB. Turned into a sales call pretty quickly asking for personal info to verify my ID. Didn't give them the info and hung up, called NAB support the next day and confirmed the call was legit.

Poor form to ask for personal details when they've called you, especially when they have the means to send a text message with a number to your phone for verification instead.

Had a call from this number today. NAB customer service just wanting to ask a few questions on my experience with NAB banking. Kylie was very pleasant, already knew who she was speaking to and didn't ask for any personal information such as D.O.B, bank account details etc. Legitimate caller.

It was MLC Insurance and left voice mail. I had policy so Legit I guess.

This number keeps calling and when I answer it just constantly keeps hanging up.

I just had a missed call from this number and vacant voice mail - called NAB (based on this forum) and it was a customer service call. It was registered in their system and I was put through to the correct department quite promptly.

I missed a call from this number, I called back to the NAB 13 number, and it's legitimate.

Hangs up when you answer. Disturbs your work and basically simple harassment.
