MOST LIKELY A SCAM - & DO NOT GIVE INFO - PHONE LINES LINKED TO INTERNET CAN BE INTERCEPTED / COMPROMISED.

Had a call from NAB from this number. Stated there was fraudulent activity on one of my cards. Logged onto NAB website and they were correct. My CC had been cancelled and a new one reissued. Number is legit.

Had a missed call from this number and they left a voice message stateing they are from Mlc, I rang Mlc and they don't have any record of ringing me, so sounds kinda dodgy.

Hi Michelle, I don't work for any scammers and actually hate their guts, specially when trying to rob old people or gullible people, but in my case, like with quite some few others, the call was as legitimate as they can be. So I wouldn't just go accusing and throwing mud at people.

I just decided to answer the home phone after they called me on mobile and left no message. It is actually and legitimately NAB. The guy was actually very polite and not a pest, when I rejected the offer to get a credit card.
Believe me guys, I know and can tell when it's a spam and this one definitely wasn't.

Called by 03 887 07000. I answered call. Phone hung up no message. Rang back message said NAB Group of companies.

Received a call today Mon 04/04/2016, they asked if I was "my name" to which I responded "Yes" and they just hanged up. Talk about rude. From the previous posts it is hard to tell if it is a "Scam" or it is legitimately the NAB Bank. If it is the NAB, then they are very unprofessional.

A couple of seconds of heavy breathing then they hung up......

Recently after ALMOST completing an online application to transfer credit card to NAB from ANZ I received a call from this number asking for personal info. They soon gave up.

yes they have called me twice and left no message...but when i called back there is a long message which doesn't tell you who called or why the call

I don't trust a lot of the above messages saying that the calls are legitimate. I think they are people working for the scammers. NAB don't call you and then hang up. My instinct is that this is a scam and not to listen to the people who say it isn't. I've been with NAB for 18 years and they have called me only a handful of times.

I think these guys are legit. After I provided my name and DOB they were able to give me very detailed account information that only the bank would (or should) know. That said, the guy took 20 minutes of my time, saying he was looking for a way to help me with suitable products. After 20minutes of chit chat he said, looks like you are on the most competitive rate already, so see you round. I made a complaint to NAB. Then 24 hours later the same number calls back with the same script. Possible scam?

Missed call from this number. No voicemail message left for me. Returned the call and had a recorded message say it was the "NAB Group of companies" and to try calling their usual customer service numbers. Bit wierd - what a way for NAB to deal with customers? Someone needs a kick in the backside for such poor customer service.

This was a call from NAB regarding fraud on my card. Was legitimate.

Phone call from this number today and cannot believe that the bank are interested in my dealings with the bank, perhaps this bank could pay me back some of the high costs that they charged when my super was with them. What a waste of a phone call when the caller has the same speil as other callers wanting to sell you something. They say this call may be recorded for coaching and training, puke.
