Called asking for my partner who was in Japan. Said need my partner to call back to hear a recording to finalise on opening a biz bank account with NAB that she was in the midst of opening with a Ron and Jude. Asked us to call back on 131012, Extension 303511.
Knew to be Rubbish, as we dont know a Ron or a Jude.
100% Scam. Do not call back. Probably some reverse charge scam that charges you $5 a second when you call back and hear the recording, or Identity Theft scam.

It’s a legit call from NAB...I sent them a request online to contact me to discuss my CC account with them and wasn’t about to waste my mobile phone credits. When they rang me I wasn’t available to answer. It’s not a scam!!

I have received many calls from this number. From what I can tell it is from NAB (National Australia Bank). Funny thing is I don't have an account with NAB

MLC insurance
Posted on August 18, 2017 Caller type: Unknown Location: Australia
This number left a voice mail after I did not answer, and it turns out to be MLC insurance. MLC are owned by NAB. in summary , they are trying to find out why we have cancelled an expensive MLC insurance policy and probably want to try and keep us as customers.
It would help if these banks and insurance companies did not use the same number to do marketing as well as account holder calls using one number. No wonder no one answers their phones anymore.

May or may not be scam, either way it's a worry
Posted on August 14, 2017 Caller type: Unknown Location: Australia
I received a call from this number and did not answer. Afterwards I listened to the voicemail, and there there was a lot of background noise (like a typical Indian call centre scam) and a guy with a heavy Indian accent asking me to contact him about my NAB mortgage.
It really did sound like a scam call, however he mentioned it was to do with my request to make a change on mortgage payments (from monthly to weekly), and in fact a week or two before that I did indeed put that request into NAB.
So this means it is either genuine (and very unprofessional), or a scam but the scammer are actually getting inside information from the NAB somehow.

its not an internal phone for the bank, if you goggle the number it says Plum super. It looks like it changes its name a few times, people saying its Fraud detection, others home loan, how come so many different section under the one number? It doesnt make sense people. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS SAYING OTHERWISE, always check with NAB directly

I received a voicemail they said they are from NAB and that my employer set up a Plum Super account, checked with my work, they never made such a request and will never without my authorisation. I rang the number they provided 1800 602 977, the automated said its Plum and MLC Super. I spoke to a woman, and mentioned I received a miss call, how can this be when Im not with Plum nor a NAB customer, she tried to ask for my date of birth and address apparently to check the notes left on my customer profile. I said no, and she didnt know what to do, and said shell put me on hold. I hung up and called NAB and they said likely a scam.
Be careful people, I wouldnt trust the reviews on here saying that its legit.
