As usual got a call which I missed tried to ring back but only got a message that they would try again Why don't people leave a return number that calls them back any more it is so annoying to keep getting these calls just leave you name and calling number as I asked and I will call you back!
Its not incompetence, they actually train this apparent incompetence into their call centre operators. Its deliberate misinformation, misdirection and pretending to loose background on issues so they dont have to resolve them. This applies to any issues where they owe you money. It is fraud in my opinion. You can resolve it by continually asking to speak to their manager, then they do something constructive. Yes it was from Telstra, we are trying to sort out problems, NBN land line - phone dropping out. - with my Dad's phone - he's 86 and couldn't understand the first women caller, this was a man and he then Dad, problem wasn't fixed but he has another number to ring and a reference code to quote Caller: Telstra

called me on landline and mobile ;left a message on landline saying telstra and you are having problems with landline, mmm no you rang on it . left a number to call back 1800 834 273 Caller: Maybe Telstra or NBNCo?
Female operator rang twice, wouldn't leave a message, just kept on saying "hello?". Accent from overseas. Reading the other entries makes me think it was either Telstra or NBNCo as I contacted them last week when my net dropped out. However usually Telstra and NBNCo send texts and emails, so I dunno.
If she left a message that would've helped.

Was repeatedly called after I made a complaint about customer service ..I was told I would be wise to drop my complaint as it could affect my connection if I didn't ..It was a different person each time and each time I requested a call back from an Australian which resulted in them hanging up ..Just after that I was plagued with calls from cold call centres trying to sell me everything from solar panels to Bitcoin trading apps..Testes has a huge issue with privacy leaks.

Sept 2018 .. Call from the Philippines. I had a similar call from a different number about six weeks ago too. They kept calling and calling. Both times have happened after problems with the NBN!!
The calls stopped abruptly when I told them I was contacting Telstra etc about them

Spoke to Telstra, they said it was too long a number to be Telstra. Within days of speaking to the real Telstra this number have called my home and mobile constantly. I respectfully decline to speak to these fools. Official complaint to genuine Telstra to cover all bets. Blocking this number on phone does nothing???

genuine call from telstra 3 calls in about 30 minutes. Energy Australia, then Telstra and last up NBN. Caller: Said Telstra but I doubt it.

If you answer this number you will find you have been billed a very high call rate for this call. They make claims there from Telstra all the time but it's either about NBN, support, call back etc or they calim there a Telstra customer needing help. But as the time racks up you will end up with a very large phone bill. DO NOT ANSWER BLOCK THIS NUMBER.
This is a Telstra number. I was without a phone and internet for two and a half months and this is the number I was always contacted from to discuss my complaint. Everything finally sorted and then I get a recorded message telling me my broadband is going to be disconnected due to a technical fault. I called Telstra and was informed it was a hoax. Lady name Angela called, pretending to be Telstra customer and asking for help regarding telstra Line connection.
upon asking her details about order,
she gave order number which was fake, she said she went to local telstra shop in Adelaide but she didn't get any paperwork for her new internet connection.
upon asking for more details she denied to give but all she wanted is to keep repeating same story again and again.
I advised not to answer or talk for longer time.
genuine telstra account call Had this number call 3times asking for Dimitri.(not me) They quote a reference number to sound legit. Their English is really bad. Telstra tech has no record of this phone number contacting me or that reference number. Number is fraudulent. In a block of numbers that Telstra uses. BEWARE.
