telstra Caller: 'Jay'
Sept 2018 .. Call from the Philippines. I had a similar call from a different number about six weeks ago too. They kept calling and calling. Both times have happened after problems with the NBN!!
The calls stopped abruptly when I told them I was contacting Telstra etc about them
Got a call from this number at 6am today. why would Telstra call at 6 am? Caller: Spoke to Telstra and it is not a telstra number
Spoke to Telstra, they said it was too long a number to be Telstra. Within days of speaking to the real Telstra this number have called my home and mobile constantly. I respectfully decline to speak to these fools. Official complaint to genuine Telstra to cover all bets. Blocking this number on phone does nothing???

3rd call/messages in matter of business days - checking if my phone line is working after fault fixed ... previously told me to only call them - with in 24 hours - if it hadn't been fixed...mmm....not the sharpest tools in the shed this lot!
genuine call from telstra 3 calls in about 30 minutes. Energy Australia, then Telstra and last up NBN. Caller: Said Telstra but I doubt it.
Scam call as they kept asking for me to verfiy who I was. I am not giving out my personal details to anyone over the phone.

If you answer this number you will find you have been billed a very high call rate for this call. They make claims there from Telstra all the time but it's either about NBN, support, call back etc or they calim there a Telstra customer needing help. But as the time racks up you will end up with a very large phone bill. DO NOT ANSWER BLOCK THIS NUMBER.
This is a Telstra number. I was without a phone and internet for two and a half months and this is the number I was always contacted from to discuss my complaint. Everything finally sorted and then I get a recorded message telling me my broadband is going to be disconnected due to a technical fault. I called Telstra and was informed it was a hoax. Lady name Angela called, pretending to be Telstra customer and asking for help regarding telstra Line connection.
upon asking her details about order,
she gave order number which was fake, she said she went to local telstra shop in Adelaide but she didn't get any paperwork for her new internet connection.
upon asking for more details she denied to give but all she wanted is to keep repeating same story again and again.
I advised not to answer or talk for longer time.
genuine telstra account call Had this number call 3times asking for Dimitri.(not me) They quote a reference number to sound legit. Their English is really bad. Telstra tech has no record of this phone number contacting me or that reference number. Number is fraudulent. In a block of numbers that Telstra uses. BEWARE. Caller: Informed it’s telstra
Rang to discuss my complaint lodged on Sunday re: charging me for the 2 Telstra bills sent via email ie paperless.
Will reimburse me for the last 2 paperless Telstra bills in my next bill.

Have lodged a complaint with telstra regarding their NBN service. I presume this number is their attempts to contact me.
Since it is after 7pm, it cannot be an Australian calling me, so I am not going to answer.
I’d rather go to the trouble of reporting them to the ombudsman for not addressing my complaint, than give their overseas employees the work.
At 7pm I have better things to be doing than listen to someone who can’t speak proper English, and who will likely expect me to repeat all the troubleshooting steps already checked before I lodged the complaint.
Rings and doesn't leave a message. Will ring up to half a dozen times, one after the other. I have no idea who they are or what they want,but they are a nuisance. Calling back after I requested a call back. Caller: Telstra?
