Caller: I didn't answer

I had THREE calls from that number yesterday!

Ever since Coles finance was handed to Citibank, I have been inundated with calls from them. Having been a customer of theirs some 30 years ago and found their service to be totally dissatisfactory, I have absolutely NO INTEREST in what they have to sell!

It is very basic - never give any private info to unknown callers (who can say whatever) over the phone. This morning, there was an American ascent lady who called me. She was able to quote my name but she did not answer a lot of queries I asked, such as "do you have my consent to call me?" I have blocked the number.

I got a call today from this (02) 8036 2183 they said they were from the bank that someone used my card on ebay its a scam do not give them any bank details hang up and block the number

Had a call from this number, very poor english speaker along with very poor reception
hung up and blocked the number on my mobile phone

Scam.
I received a call from this unknown number. As the number is unknown to me, I let the call go through to the keeper. No message was left by the caller. Must be a scam of some sort.

female caller said was from CFS i told her i keep my balance at zero and was not interested ....it was only then that shwe said that this call would be recorded blah blah blah...i would never divulge details to a voice obviously from asia.....

Caller: promoter of Coles Financial Services

Unsolicited emails and phone calls to switch credit card balance into a fixed personal loan. They will ask questions about your income and private information.

If you are interested, it is safer to go directly to the Coles Personal Loans webpage and apply there, rather than give out information to a call center person who may or may not be legit. It's the same deal until 31 March 2021.

Caller: BS Scam

1st call got Indian call centre saying they were Coles financial services, wanting me to verify my details.

2nd call I got silence.

I have a Coles Mastercard but this was a promotional call about a loan product. I've asked previously not to be contacted about promotions but they keep calling. This number is now on my blocked list

Received a call from (02) 9296 5684, which I had already flagged as spam.
Citibank took over Coles' financial sfrom GEC

Phone was crackly, made out some words but they said they’d call back. Doubt it though.

Its definitely Coles financial, ive blocked their number because they want to give me a cash advance at a high intrest rate.

I get a call from this number every month. What they want me to do is to defer payment of some of my credit card into a loan so that they can make fixed interest off it. This would mean that I 'd pay 10% or so interest on the loan, rather than paying it off within the month, paying no interest. Wow, thanks for the offer Coles Financial Marketing. I have no interest in paying you interest WHATSOEVER, but you'll continue to call me every month, I guess, because as a customer I can't stop you calling me. What a nuisance!

When I do answer during the day time I cannot understand the caller.
