Optus called me back regarding an issue that I had with the app.

Caller: ‘’Optus’

Can’t tell me my account number. Can’t tell me which Optus services I have. Keep repeating all the services. Bruh

Caller: Claiming to be optius customer service

They called after working business jours, "claiming" it was in regards to my upgrading my account, my voicemail assistant answered it will a response of office hours are 9-5 min to Friday plz call but then

Caller: claimed to be Optus but he was a loser

Dont answer (02) 9174 3000 calls , they are all scammers. block them and report them.

Caller: Not Optus

Called and emailed, knew my order number, background of call had a massive call centre vibe so I terminated before handing over details. Pretty good scam given the email and how close the senders address is to Optus.

Im not sure weather it was actually Optus, as I was actually in the phone to them earlier in the day, but this time asked a bunch of question’s

Wanted access on my computer - said he noticed my internet was down

Caller: possibly optis

The person on the call enquired if l was happy with result of the technician call out and speed of service and if it was resolved within 24hrs, no requirement to surrender full name or account details, they knew my Christian name and obviously the number they rang.
This was done day after my NBN issue was solved.

Caller: Recording saying welcome to optus

I rang Optus on their 133 number. They had no record of ringing me. This is a scam call

Caller: I don’t know

I received a call from this number a few time each time they left a voice message they said different things. One left a voice message saying they were from central drug or assistance I don’t even know them or how they got my details,. The other message was someone trying to sell me insurance.

Optus is the worst communication company in Australia and I can't wait till I get rid of them

It's definitely Optus with no name but my phone is stopping it because it's coming up as scam or spam.

Scam!! Left a voicemail, asking me to call them baxk

They have been calling me odd hrs not knowing where they got my number,they say the want to connect me with wifi, I was innocent, have checked their numbers here and see you talk about, too bad

This number is legitimately Optus. My husband called them and they called back using this number

Optus called me back on this number relating to a Case number I had with them. To confirm they typed in the case chat window. UNless they have access to the My Optus chat network somehow and my case number then it's legit.

Was Optus calling, confirmed via my optus AP aswell.

Caller: Going by the other m spam, it’s optus.

Had the nerve to ring on GOOD FRIDAY.

Confirmed as Optus checking in on a ticket i raised. in my experience this number is legit
