However I received an email from CBA said they attempted to contact me to collect some information: Source of funds and Source of wealth,they need to update it.
they asked me to call back 1300 077 141(option 1).looks no problems.
Claimed to be Jay from the Commonwealth Bank. Knew my first name, but strange, I don't have any accounts with the CBA. Must be using CBA like some scammers use Telstra, thinking that most people will have an account. claimed to be calling from CBA, asking me about my name, address and source of income. I fell suspicious, and confronted him how do I know he is calling from CBA, apparently he became nervous. better not to cooperate next time. Told me he was from the commonwealth bank and wanted to update my accounts. I ask them give me a phone number to call back. Got a call from J from Commonwealth Bank on (02) 8055 4001. Requested an email be sent to me from them to confirm they were whom they say they were.
I didn't provide my email address to the caller... but they had it. Email that came to me was from a @cba.com.au email address.

This is legitimate, they are calling from Commonwealth Bank - KYC (Know Your Customer) Which is based around getting to know their customers better, unsure why they need this information as everything is already monitored by them anyway but it is legitimate. He Call me and said that he working for CBA .
Requested personal Commonwealth bank Detail. But it was seems like scam so I asked him send me information to my Email.

So I requested back his sir name and employee ID then he refused.
I suggested improvement their scamming skills.
I never get any phone call from bank even if I lost $1000 by scammers.
They are so busy , they don’t have time for callecting and updating your personal informations.
I called back number (02) 8055 4001 reached IVR for a company called Commonwealth Bank. This number called me asking me to verify personal details over the phone. In particular my profile. I told them I don’t have a CBA account and he said it was it was just a profile. Sent me an email And also a very urgent text message saying they needed a response. If it is CBA they have no right to pressure in this way. I have no account with them. I’m treating it as a scam call. Now it is Mary this time ... interesting ... Got a missed call from Bankwest on this number, which we have accounts. Weird that majority of people are saying CBA.

I opened a new Business Bank Account 2 weeks ago and CBA using (02) 8055 4001 tried to reach me but failed.
I called back (02) 8055 4001 and unfortunately the first person who answered was in Individual Bank account team, not Business Bank account team, didn't know what was going on either.
After about 15 minutes, he transferred me to Business Banking team, and they again wanted to verify my
- full name
- residential address
- date of birth
I raised my concerns and they sent a private message to my NetBank inbox. I login my NetBank > Messages > Inbox sure enough there is a message asking to verify my details so I can start using Business Bank account.
Overall I wouldn't use CBA services again if I could help it. In total I had to make 4 phone calls and 1 local branch visit to set up Business Bank account whereby NAB could do everything in few minutes.
