Told me he was from Ebay and that someone was trying to take money from my account and then tried to get me to download an app. Hang up, they are scammers!

I just don’t answer phone calls from numbers I don’t know full stop as I am sick of getting calls even up until 11 pm scam artists are the 90% of the calls I get bloody Indian call centres Telstra , Optus and other providers should do more to combat this sh*t

Caller: Scammer from "ebay"

It was a robotic voice saying that my ebay account was being charged $290 for something. I haven't bought anything off ebay in a long time so I just hung up because it was an obvious scam

No message left.
Tried calling back but it says "optus regrets that the number was disconnected".

Shows as originating from Wagga. No message left. Block the number.

Caller: (02) 6917 1707

Automated message. Said from eBay and a payment for $200 odd would be deducted from my account. I hung up. Scam call.

Called different times from the same scam. This number (02) 6917 1707 then random unconnected mobile numbers. Each time I was told that my internet would be disconnected in 24 hours. I waited gor them to run their spiel then asked for my address they all hung up on me. Next time imma see how long I can keep them on the phone. The champ has 7 mins so far. Challenge accepted!

Caller: Someone pretending to be from CBA

I had some Indian bird call me asking about two large transactions from my account last night saying she was from CBA. I knew it was a scam as I didn't have that much available in my account lol. I told her I'm calling the bank and hung up.

I called the number back several times but its been engaged (02) 6917 1707

Claimed they were from the Telstra Technical Department. Showed the call originated from Wagga Wagga

Automated call from wagga australia, notifying me about my amazon prime expiring and that i will be charge $99.99 to continue my subscription.

I dont have amazon prime 100% scam

Called twice. First time the call came up as from Adelaide, the second time was 2 minutes later but with a +612 prefix. Don’t know the number or anyone that would be calling me from Adelaide so did not pick up.

Call comes up as Wagga Wagga, was automated voice stating the call was from Amazon and that a payment authorisation was required.
Phising scam

Just received 2 calls from this number. First time they hung up. Second call was from "Amazon" trying to authorise payment for an iPhone I haven't bought. Blocked!
