Get the same thing on my wifes phone. She's cranky enough with menopause without these clowns ringing and hanging up. Used short link Jerry posted http://goo.gl/wtZFEH as longer link didn't work. Changed settings to no for advertisement from Optus but nearly got caught, there is a final question left unticked either way for being contacted by parties other than Optus if memory serves me correct. MAKE SURE this is ticked. Will see if this stops the bastards.

Yes, Multiple calls with hang ups. Blocked the number on my phone. Also I am with Optus.

This number called me everyday a couple times for a week... I finally answered and it was just the optus dude asking if I wanted to bundle my mobile with wifi.

I've also been recording calls from this number all times of the day approx 3 times a week for the past 2 or so months. Never a voicemail left!

I've been receiving the 'hang-up' calls for two weeks. Multiple per day. Just contacted the company by email.

Again I'm an Optus customer and received calls all week.

Calling me 3 times a day easy. 08 WA number weird. Will block

I have this number calling all hours of the day. Last night at 6:30, just now at 2:52pm and on multiple other occasions as well. Every time I answer they hang up. i am also an optus customer. Going to block it now that I've read it's not just me

I have been called from this number every day for the past 1 week, no voice mail left and when you call the number back, it has a generic voice mail message

I have been receiving calls from this number every day, sometimes twice a day, for about a month now. I am an Optus customer also. How can you block numbers on an Iphone? I don't call back as they never seem to leave a voice mail message, so clearly it isn't important. I usually just decline the call now instead of letting it ring out.

Been with Optus for 6 weeks now am getting calls from this number daily. I answered once & no-one answered so I put on my blacklist but that doesnt stop them, they still call. Many people having same prob & I feel better it is not only me. Very disconcerting for these unsolicited nuisance calls every day even if on blacklist. NOT good enough Optus, pull your finger out & stop this for all our sakes!

Just got a call from this number. After I said hello, just a beep then disconnected.

Is this number related to international roaming fees appearing on my optus billl... ?

They call me up to 4 times a day! If I don't know a number I won't answer it. Glad I googled it! I will be blocking it on my iphone for sure!

I'm getting these call everyday, I am also an Optus customer. However I am also an Optus employee and have looked into the number and it is not an Optus service what so ever, it is not at all listed in the system.

Have also recently joined Optus and have been getting these calls twice a day for the last couple of weeks. The first time it was "Jackson calling from Optus" to which I said "not interested thanks". There was quite a long time delay between me speaking and him answering, maybe calling from oversease? Since then they have hung up each time I've answered. Am seriously unimpressed, Optus!
