Indian woman from "Microsoft" would just like to "fix" my computer
I played along for sometime and then asked her if her job pays much
She said "no, I just want to fix your computer"
I told her that I hope she get paid good money to lie to people every day.
She told me "I do not understand - just let me fix your computer"
I told her there was no computer at the number she called, and that I know she is a liar.
She said "you are a moron"
I said "and you are a thief"
End of phone call :)
apple marketing Never ever say 'yes'. I answer every question with "wot" in the most moronic voice I can manage. Eventually they get fed up & I feel I have had my day's entertainment.
How sad am I?
Called twice in the last week. They are using voice recognition to initiate their call. If you don't speak, only listen, the call will hang up. If you talk the computer records the number as a target for a later sales call or if there is an operator free you will be connnected to some scumbag trying to rip you off. This time they are from the Salvation Army! They rang twice. Missed call first time, no message left. Second time I answered and they hung up. Flickers. Sub contractor of Red Cross. Wanted me to go door knocking to raise money for the Red Cross.
I said no Thanks.
Get calls from these numbers all the time. Usually don't answer but when I did answer, was to sell raffle tickets to me for fundraising cancer research. Prize was 2 cars. Tickets 2.50 each, but had to buy 20 tickets for 50 bucks. I almost fell for it. So glad I decided to Google the number. It's a scam Getting about 4-5 calls every day from this number Called twice today. First time called at around 2pm, I answered but they hung up. Second time called at around 5:30pm. From apple marketing, fund raising for cancer children. Selling raffle tickets. NO THANKS!!!
A guy rung saying they are trying to find a cure for children cancer and thus wanted me to buy 20 raffle tickets of 2.50$ each and would go in a prize draw for 2 new cars. I called 1800 811 866 and asked that they remove my numbers from their data base. They were nice enough to do so. The work with the numbers

Indian male, claiming i or someone from my family had accident. He wanted to help me to collect some money from my insurance which he did not know its name! Received two phone calls from them today. Asking for donations to the children by purchasing bears from them for around 50 bucks. Hilarious.... On 25/5/2017, early evening, had a call from this number ----- 9013, but did not answer it.
If also use a similar number ending in ----- 9018, I had a call from them one day last year.
The Salvation Army never phone for donations. Try their home page in the DNCall and email them..

Answered them tonight, after weeks of calling. Called me by a wrong name and claimed Salvation Army. I asked to be taken off the call list, he says, well I am from the SA, I said 'cannot be SA because you called me by the wrong name' he said 'well I am' and hung up. I have made a complaint to the Do Not Call register website. I suggest you do the same when you are next called
