"Apple Marketing" I keep phoning their reception to get my phone number removed, but they do not. Scam artists

I picked up but there was only silence at the other end. Three days in a row. Blocked them.

My last phone bill included a 9 second $1.05 phone call to this number. Supposedly it is in Southport Queensland. I don't make outgoing calls on my landline and this call was the only one listed. How did this call end up on my account ?????

They also phoned on (07) 5657 9018 yesterday & did not leave a message. Will block today's # as well.

they call multiple times a day if I answer they hang up instantly but then call again. so i just blocked them

Called at 1:20 pm today. Now programmed into my CPR Call blocker, never to be harassed again. Scumbag scammers

They answered me and they knew my surname, I'm assuming they found it in a phone book or something.

They are legit but very annoying.
Either ignore (multiple times for days sometimes) or answer and say no thank you!

Even if they are calling on behalf of a legit charity, as they are a contractor they will use your details for other telemarketing calls.

Safest bet is to donate directly to the charity.

Caller sounded Australian, trying to raise money for Salvation Army, hoax, do not take this call or send money.

Rang around 07.00pm tonight, thought it would be a scam and let the answering unit answer and they just hang up.

Daily calls received from this number, often multiple times during the day. I don't pick up and when it switches to my voicemail they hang up without leaving a message but keep calling anyway. Very annoying.

they phone every day. Don't leave a message. Bloody annoying. How do you start a class action against this harassment. If I did this I would end up in jail.

Marketer? called me from Southport Qld. stated they were calling on behalf of the Salvation Army Doorknock team. Wanted to ask a few questions. I don't do phone surveys so I ended call. I don't know if the Salvo's are using private marketing companies if this is legit.
