Noona - You should scan your computer for a virus or worm as these guys are scamming people for money; they would have infected the PDF file with something. Unless you are one of them and trying to get people to download it.

If you have a late model Uniden DECT phone system, you can add numbers such as this to a blocked callers list. That fixes the buggers!

I install the land line for my benefit NOT for the benefit of telemarketers and market survey companies. I will get rid of it when my parents pass on. What a sad endictment? A service denied because some people don't play by the rules. And UYES I am on all the DNC registers and have a facebook page to that end. Yes I just received a call and I think with a lot of marketing they make the call it registers as answered and they hang up. This way they achieve their quota of calls.I too have contacted Chase Edwards thank you Joe so hopefully another one crossed off the list.

Rings & hangs up when I answer the office phone. Annoying. As if I don't have enough to do without answering hang ups all day.

We received a call today and the person (once greeted) said "Is disgusting" and hung up. New Zealand accent.

I have been recieving phone calls from this number non-stop for 2 weeks. At least 14 occurances so far (my home handset only records the last 20 incoming calls at any time). At all times of the day and night.

When it is at night, I run like a madman through the house wondering what emergency there is. Has one of my parents died?! Is someone in hospital? etc etc

They never say anything. Just hear me answer and then hang up.

I've tried calling it back and get the message "If you are calling us in regards to a call recieved from this number, please go to www.entertainmentresearch.com.au for our privacy policy".

When you visit the site, the only contents is a link to their privacy policy in PDF format. Inside said PDF, it states that they work for the austereo network and that because they are classified as a research team, they are excempt from the do not call act.

This is really very frustrating. I've stopped answering calls from the number now, but that doesn't help when it wakes me and my family at all hours of the night.

If I could find where they were, some windows would be getting smashed. I'm tired (quite literally) of these mongrels

You all really need to get your facts straight before commenting on here, this number called me asking for a radio survey, the girl was polite and the survey was quick, and they would call certain places more than once a year because they do a thing called "tracking" it gives stats about the market at different times of the year, they're not prank callers. Stop being rude to them they're just doing their job.

Get one call every night from this number. Irritating!
