I'm changing my number because of these morons they don't get the point when I never answer!!

I'm on the Do Not Call Register, but these people refuse to respect that. They say they are ringing on behalf of charities, and as such they are exempt from the do not call register. However, I believe because they are not directly employed by the charity and they are a separate company with their own ABN number, that in fact they are calling for their business, who makes a profit from money raised for these charities. So they are in fact a business call. I've had repeated unwanted calls from them this week. I'm on shift work and they are always waking me up. Not happy.

these calls were getting that bad that i googled the number.
they have called everyday for just over a month, i was just not ans them after the first 3.

i will be calling the 8554 6100 and asking them to revmove me also.

Have had missed calls from them, for about a month now.

they dont leave a message wish i could block certain numbers.

I wont be answering as well, how did they get my number?

I followed the advice to call 8554 6100 and it was answered by a receptionist who took down my number and promised we would not be called again. Can only hope this works.

Apparently, they claim to be a fund raising company and exempt from the Do-Not-Call restrictions. I will be checking that with my lawyer.

It's really beyond a joke just had a call now.. Other day when I finished work I had 4 missed calls from this number I have registered home and mobile on do not call register but still they keep coming

I have been being called by this number for almost 3 months, it barely ever even registers a full ringtone before disengaging.. bloody annoying.

They call me the same time everyday! if i dont answer they call me over and over again...

Thanks for the heads up on the number for Smart Health Australia, I was going totally nuts as they had access to 5 of our business numbers!!

nuisance calls, appears to be spam

Just called the 8554 6100 and asked to remove my number. No problems, just asked why and I said I wasn't interested in receiving them.

Why bother calling if you are not going leave a message or answer your phone when the call is returned????

AS the other number 8256-6799, this one has been calling and hanging up. If ou ring Telstra Nuisance Calls they will block that phone number for you. I hope this helps.

up to 22 calls already within a month sometimes twice a day one call was made at 6.30pm.. Not happy with the constant calls will have to do something asap

I called Smart Health Australia and requested they move my number from their datalists

5/6 times a day ????
