    They phone at about the same time every day. I do not answer. When you call back they are ingaged or just do not answer.

    The number belongs to Smart Health Australia, they look after a number of charities. You need to ring 8554 6100 and as them to remove your number. Hope this helps

    Just called the 8554 6100 number to remove my number from their call list. Hope this works - will add a comment if it doesn't.

    Have had a heap of calls from this number with no-one on the line. Now I know it's Smart Health as the auto message replied when I rang back. They wanted an email to take my number off their list but I didn't want them to have my email address. So I rang (03) 8554 6100 to verbally request the same and the girl explained that the computer makes the calls and if it decides there is no-one there, it automatically disconnects the call! I said to her it was a really bad system but she was not interested! Maybe she's had too many calls to complain! Quite rude.

    I cant beleive how many women have a guard dog for a gusband ...she should have equel enough rights to donate to her favourite charity as anyone else ...and they knock other men from other culters...

    These guys have been callin me every day for over a month. Yesterday I asked the to take me off their calling list. Today I get another call from a different 03 number. I look the number up and sure enough it's health smart again.

    I answered the my mobile phone today and it was a man with a British accent on the phone claiming to be from WWF calling in regard's to a survey I filled out and I selected them as a non for profit organisation I was interested in. I told him now wasn't a good time to speak (as I was on my home phone to my sister at the time). and he said he'd call back at six.

    I have an Idea a 3rd Party has sold my Private Infomation. I entered an online Competion then Harassed for 4 Weeks calling every day. No voice mail left. Couldn't call (03) 8554 6280 back. Thanks for the info on Page. Called (03) 8554 6100. Lady very helpful, Told me it Takes 48hrs to Clear out of their System. Very Annoying! Never Releasing my private Mobile number Ever Again!!!'

    Had missed calls from them twice a day for the last week. I finally answered & they were so rude, didnt ask if it was a good time to chat, just launched into a charity speal!

    I called to have my number removed and the lady removed my number there & then :)

    They call me from 4 different numbers. I hate it. It looks unprofessional at work when my mobile keeps going off.

    I know Danoz direct sold my details when I bought the Tobi steam wand because they mistook my surname and so do the charities. I'll never buy from Danoz again.

    Surely Telstra the Australian Government or Federal Police can do something about these numerous time consuming calls I'm a Safety/ Site First response First Aider these calls are disturbing my work continually ringing when answered no response then hangs up about 8 seconds 15 minutes later rings again have requested to be put on National DO NOT CALL that obviously does not work

    This number has been calling my parents several times a day for the past couple of months. When they answer there is no one there just background noise like people talking in the distance. Mum did *10# and got the number but when she calls there is a message saying "your call cannot be taken at the moment and you cannot leave a message and to try calling again later. They have not once spoken to a person when this number calls. There is never anyone there. First thing in the morning I am calling their do not call register and having the number removed.

    I have been getting calls from these idiots for over a month sometimes twice a day and when I answer they hang up. I rang 03 85536100 and told them to take my number off their list and if they ring me again I will report them to the ombusdmen. She told me they are a charity organisation ? They are driving me nuts every day.

    Although Smart Health Australia is exempt from the National Do Not Call Register, we are required to maintain an internal Do Not Call Register on behalf of our clients.

    If you wish to stop receiving calls from Smart Health Australia on behalf of one or any of our charities, simply;

    •Advise the fundraiser during the call
    •Send an email to do*****
    •Contact the Smart Health Australia office on (03) 8554 6100 to be added to the Do Not Call Register

    In addition to the Smart Health Australia Do Not Call Register we will ensure;

    •Your contact details are removed from current calling campaigns (this can take a maximum of 2 working days to action)
    •The details provided by you, will be excluded from any future calling campaigns conducted by Smart Health Australia on behalf of the specified charities.
    •You will remain on the Smart Health Australia Do Not Call Register until a written request for removal is received.
