This is a joke how do they get away with it? Constantly calling and I answer and say hello only for a hang up. Surely there is some one higher to put a stop to this

I had the same.finally I got a call and found out it was a charity I had signed up for (cerebal palsey)(from door to door salesmen whatever theyre called)to renew. Don't think I will. I also let them know their number was not getting good feedback to which he answered oh ok.and that was that

For information we have had he same problem. We rang the number you suggest got a very polite reply but they still keep ringing. Very annoying

Been getting calls from this number 5 days a week twice a day driving me insane called (03) 8554 6100 and was told by a very bored receptionist that she will submit a request for it to be removed takes 24 hrs then yawned in my ear and hung up so fingers crossed

I was receiving calls from WWF, after filling out an online survey and selecting them as a charity I would consider donating to (even though I selected no to 'would you like to be contacted by this charity?'). They called several times a day, everyday. I called 8554 6100, gave them my number and they took me of their call list straight away. It takes up to 48hrs to clear but i haven't received another call from wwf since.

I've been getting daily calls from this number on my mobile for at least a week. I live in Queensland. I assumed it was a cold caller but never rung back to check. At least I know now. I'll see if I can contact 8554 6100 (mentioned above) to make them stop. But I won't ring from my personal landline in case they put that on their database as well!

I rang the number, requested my number to removed from their call list. I was advised it may take up to 48 hours but that seemed reasonable (as long as it happens). The girl who answered was very friendly and entered my requested without argument.

What use is the don't call register every day now for months I get calls from this number most times nobody on the other end but when I do get someone to answer and tell them I am on the don't call register they hang up but it has not stopped the calls from this number often at inconvenient times of the day

Three times in two days. Today a lady called Anne wanted to speak to my husband but refused to tell me what company she was working for or the nature of her call. I was given "Its in regard to something he was interested in" answer. Then she proceeded to tell me she would ring him on his mobile and hung up on me. Good luck there lady. He wont talk to you as kindly as I did.
