After being pestered for months by (08) 8243 9200 it would appear they're now using a different number to try and dupe me - HA! I just simply refuse to answer their calls and have turned my message bank off.

yes they ring me all the time as well. i never answer. i just realized my mobile phone has a black list so i just added the number to it.

This number has called my parents non stop for the past 2 months! What can we do this is harassment!

they ring my home up to 5 times a day sick and tired of it especially when i am on the''don't call register" why are they still allowed to call.

they called me the girl had the hiccups and kept laughing, she asked for a person named ashing which isn't my name, she said her name was Rachel from independent Australia, I wanna hunt them down she p*ssed me off big time.

I have received numerous calls from this lot and although it stopped over Christmas it has started again!
I just called Tio and they advised me to contact Telstra and scamwatch. scamwatch said they couldn't do anything and I doubt Telstra can. Very annoying!!!

They call me several times a day. Aaaargh. Next time I'm going to answer the phone and then walk away leaving the call connected.

May I suggest you do what I do. I have recorded the number in my address book as 'Pest Call – do not answer it' and when it comes through I either leave it unanswered or immediately terminate it. This way you have the power, not them. May it work for you :D

I keep getting calls the same number when i answer they hang up and when i try to ring the number there is no answer

Sick to death of these people calling. Keep asking for my husband. Will not tell me anything about the reason for the call. Am going to report them to all authorities. This is an invasion of our privacy! They have been calling for months and often twice a day. I just ignore them now.

Called twice, first time asked for my husband (claiming to be calling from a charity) and second time hung up when I answered.

I have rung the Obudsmans office on 1800 062 058 and made a formal complaint. I was advised toring Telstra o 1300 792 958 and register to stop these calls. I have also rung the ACCC on 1300 302 502 and put in a formal complaint against the phone number of the caller which is (03) 8554 6280. If we could all do this it will be ddressed and hopefully stopped....good luck

I keep getting calls from these people while I'm at work and don't have my phone on me. Very easy to stop any of these repeat callers: write down the name of the person and the company they are calling FROM and the company they are calling FOR, and if possible they're supervisors name. You ask them not to call back, or you will be calling the telecommunications ombudsman on 1800 062 058 (website is http://m.tio.com.au/) and report them for harassing phone calls. This should stop all calls from that call center. If it does not, that's when you call the ombudsman.

they are totally annouying, i refuse to answer then when i redial they don't answer. Why are they ringing, people don't like being annouyed at home, especially mum's whom are trying to catch up on last min house work, ARGGGHHHHHHHHH

Ring several times a day. Don't answer return calls. Extremely annoying. Should be prosecuted for ringing 'do not call' people.

I get these calls too. I'm ignoring Melbourne calls now, as I don't expect calls from anyone in Melbourne unless I've ordered something from there. I reckon anyone who knows me, also knows my mobile number. Ratbags!

They ring at least twice a day, morning and dinner time. Saying "no" doesn't deter them from calling again the next day.
