I received these calls for months, rang Telstra about it & they told me that there tech support will not call you unless you have called them about a problem & if they ring you back they will give you an I.D. number.

Stupid Indian bastards trying to rip us off, why do Telstra even allow this crap. I am being called daily from these people even after being rude and telling them not to ring again, they call the next day. My calls are being forwarded from our Telstra DOT service to our mobile phones and we are being charged each time for the pleasure. Not a funny joke!!!!

Frequent calls from this number. Sometimes I answer and say nothing and they hang up. Other times I tell them to stop calling my house and F*&K Off... neither seem to make any difference. Calls up to 3 times a day and late at night. Someone should try harassing these fraudsters and see how they like it.

This number, which we knew was a scam called. My husband played dumb and said "what internet?" and the caller told my husband that he was wasting his time, hubby replied it was the other way around only to be called a mother***ker by the Indian caller.

She claimed she was from "Telstra Technical Department" and that I had a problem with my computer and internet. I said I didn't, and that I didn't believe she was from Telstra, and hung up. Happened before!

Have received 3 of these calls in two days. As Microsoft seem to be doing lots of new updates all of a sudden, I began to wonder if something was amiss with my computer so checked as far as possible and all seems legit. Glad to have a place to check the number the (Indian sounding man and woman) have rung and confirm a hoax. I ask them if they like stealing from the people they are ringing.

hi I am receiving phone calls from this number for the last 4 days, saying that they are from Telstra. really I was having issues with my internet for the last 4 months.so, initially I thought it's real and told them to call me back. They called me back and started the conversation like some one is trying to hack my system so they have to disconnect my internet connection immediately for 15 days to save me from being hacked. Through out the conversation they were insisting me to switch on my computer so that they could help me to fix the problem. Luckily I was at work I couldn't do it what ever they ask for it. But in back of my mind I was reminding the conversation and I felt it's not real and told them I don't want to know what is the problem and do what ever you want to do it and hung up. Thank god.

Why can't Telstra disconnect these scammers when it is obvious they are theiving bastards trying to rip off Australians. When these numbers are reported to Telstra, they do absolutely nothing. I am so sick of it. I really don't know why I have my landline these days - I only get scammers from India calling me on it.

Do something about it Telstra.

Just had two calls in a row from this number. First claiming to be from Telstra calling about my computer. I called them out about being a scam & that Telstra did not call like this explaining I had a similar call in the past & confirmed with Telstra that it was NOT them & hung up. So she rang bank to tell me I was rude & to "shut up" so I hung up again. OBVIOUS SCAM

They keep ringing around dinner time. Very annoying Indian accent. Something about a virus in my computer. They have rang twice now.

Was having a particularly sh*tty day. Walked in and the phone rang. Answered it. Voice on the other end said "Today we're going to cut off your internet" I replied great. Go ahead and f%^& off. Felt like I had just offloaded my lousy day on to somebody else and felt a heap better after that. But they still keep ringing.
