Look up the phone number for the Minister in charge of communications. The dopey callers will re-call you on the number you give them if you say "Can you call me back on my preferred contact number when I get return to the office ". Give them an office hours time and the Ministers phone number. If he get enough of these calls himself maybe he will get the AFP to track then down in and put a stop to this scam.

This number calls about once a week. They never speak and hang up as soon as they hear my voice. Must be some kind of scam.

These people annoy the living daylights out of me. They are nothing but parasites. My husband and I now pretend to be answering machines and they soon hang up.

We get these at least 4 or 5 times a week. When you pick up, the line appears dead so we just hang up immediately. I'd like to get hold of a really high pitched noise maker to use on these people and hopefully cause them some hearing damage.

They started by telling me there was a problem with my payments to Telstra, then went on to say there was a problem with our computer. I told them that it wasn't possible and they wanted to know what programs I used. At this point I told them it wasn't any of their business, they told me to Fxxk off and hung up!

Just got this call too. To say that i had infected files on computer. Asked for Telstra ID number... caller started to say T for telstra. No. No Telstra employees have an ID starting with a T, just for info. They got the loud rape whistle down the phone. Bas&&&ds.

Received four calls in about 10 minutes. I originally told them that I wasn't interested and hung up. They continued to call and were asking me if I needed condoms and who was in bed next to me. I hung up again and they called back twice more. The forth time I got my coaching whistle and gave them a blast. They haven't rung back. I also got a call from an Indian lady saying that she was from Telstra, right, her number is (03) 5193 8343.

This number has phoned about 10 times in the last week. Luckily, I have caller ID. I don't use my house phone for incoming or outgoing calls anymore because of the constant calls from scammers and charities. I just wish I could block them like on a mobile.

They rang, i told her im a telstra line tech and checked my line at work today. She refused to give a name or put me onto a supervisor. Rang Telstra and reported the number.
