Citibank. Have had numerous missed calls on my mobile for several weeks. I have no accounts with them. When you call the number back they say it's Citibank, but the number isn't connected and to call a different number. If it was so important I figure they'd leave a voicemail message. They never do.

No message, just hamgs up after one ring
