Leave a !@#$ing message

Citibank. Never leave a message - I have voicemails of call centre chatter and keyboard - and never a message is left. I know if my account was up to date I would not be getting these calls, but 17 calls a day? 5 days after the past due? Is this not considered harrasment or badgering? In the work place this would be deemed bullying.

Yep, the old ding-bats at Virgin - I have had about 5 calls a day, usually from 'unknown numbers' and they hang-up and never leave a message. I actually closed me account 6 months ago, and they still ring-up asking me to pay amounts that I have no idea about - they are without doubt the worst company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with - its almost beyond a joke.

Sick of them calling all the time, latest call is at 20:48 WTF!!! That's outside normal business hours.
It's a day after payment is made as it hasn't yet appeared on their system. I've paid it not my problem the system is slow. Rude people don't even leave messages

Thanks to someone at work who told me about this website that enables you to check numbers as I still wouldn't know who it was calling as they do NOT LEAVE a message and I DO NOT answer numbers that I don't recognise or Private numbers. I have an old Virgin Credit card and yes as others have mentioned these people call multiple times per day.

I have advised these people not to call me but they take no notice. They are harassing illegally this country.. I have asked them to send me posted mail. They seem to ignore my requests. They call during business hours (never after hours) I ignore and they keep trying. Not happy Citbank. Stop the harassment. They call me on the day the payment is due and call it a reminder.

If they call you at work tell them not to. If they call you again then they are in breach of the privacy act, especially if they tell everyone who they are.You can take them to the Ombudsman for harrassment and they can be fined.

Virgin money after a staff member. When I transferred her to him, she hung up in his ear. We don't have time for that crap here.
