5 minutes past nine and then five minutes past ten on a weekday night. Are you flaming serious? Get a life and stop interrupting mine you morons!!!! How do you get these idiots to stop calling you? So not funny especially when you have children who are in bed and the phone wakes them. We only expect bad news when we get phone calls this late at night. Cut It Out useless pieces of she-it.

I usually don't pick up if I can see on the call screener that it's from a private number or a number I don't recognise. I did today & promptly got hung up on. I bet I get a raft of calls from private numbers as a result now. Would love to see someone actually track these people down & prosecute them for being public nuisances.

Just had a call from this number at 9.45pm! There was a lot of background noise and the person just kept saying hello with a very strong foreign accent

(02) 4965 9573 -- i have come across some real scams in the past (indians,philipines etc )but this phone number takes the cake it just doesnt give up, its been ringing my phone for like a year...my advice to anybody in this chat log its dont answer them...its F***** ,they are now using australian phone numbers,i think its time for MrTunbullsh*t to do something about phone scams..,imind you not everyone its on the ball,Most of the time the scumbags who call homes actually target pensioners,disabled persons,and those doing it tough in general...so dont buy anything they say and remember DONT ANSWER if the area code its different to where you actually live..

I've been getting these calls from the "Technical Department of Telstra" for a couple of years but the frequency has increased dramatically since December 2015. I now come home to 8-10 missed calls from this number every day and they continue into the evening. I don't answer the phone when I'm at home any more. The phone's ringing as I type this comment - hope it's not an urgent call from my 90 year old parents!

We can all thank Telstra for this. The scammers have our numbers because they are listed Telstra phone numbers, and they've bought the database of those numbers either from Telstra, or from another source who originally acquired it.... from Telstra. Apparently this is common practice.

It also makes one wonder whether it's a Telstra strategy to irritate us to such a degree that we'll pay for an unlisted number instead :-P

They are calling 2 & 3 times a day - have also told them never to call me again but they persist. Now I don't answer as I have caller ID

We've been away for a week and came back to 7 missed calls from that number. They've called back 3 times today and spoken to me and my husband who have told them we don't have the internet and then they told me they had my IP address and I had been on line 2 days ago - phishing scam

I've also had calls from this number or very similar numbers saying they are from telstra and there is a problem with our internet connection. We don't even go through telstra... I've asked firmly not to be called again but they continue to persist... how to stop them?!?

Still getting calls from this number at least 10 a day as early as 7am and as late as 10pm. I leave answering machine on but they still persist

have caller id and they call after 9 oclock at night i wont answer as i know they are scammers and call always seem to be at same time they are driving me mad

Been calling for several days, many times a day (9 so far today) 7.30 am - 10.30pm.
I thought I would let him have his rant this morning while I pretended to listen. They have called nearly every hour since. Making a complaint to ombudsman, not sure what they can do?

Had a phone call today (Dec 22) Caller stated (with a foreign accent) that he was from Telstra and was aware that we were having trouble with our Internet connection in recent days. (How interesting! We only returned from holidays this morning and have not been using our internet) When I said that Telstra was not our provider he hung up immediately.

Call at 5:45am this morning!!!! Plus at 6-7pm at night, wish there was a way u cld block numbers like u do on mobiles

Same here, they call at least 3 times a day. Sometimes they just hang up and sometimes they tell me they're from Telstra and we have issues with our internet connection. I've told them to piss off but they keep calling.

Absolutely sick of these calls coming up as caller ID (02) 4965 9573 and also (02) 6172 8611 - picked up but husband and child when long pause and recorded "goodbye". Now don't answer but still getting attempts frequently - hang ups on answering machine. Very irritating and undoubted phishing scammers. Don't answer.

I am pleased I found this site. we have been getting calls from this number and several other numbers ...all scammers and totally had it with them. I have to now unplug our phone as we are shift workers.

I registered with the Do Not Call Me site but this number keeps ringing-for some reason Do Not Call doesn't work with them -Indian scammers!
