Auto call says your account will be Debted for a massage ordered on EBAY . LOL

Same thing here, random call about my ebay account, lol told him to f*ck off. Scammers over them. Ebay dont call customers its crap.

Answered to a robot. Let the message get to: “This is an automated message... “
and hung up.

Scammer, automated recording supposedly trying to reverse a payment for an eBay purchase that was never made for $249.99

23/12/2020 received call on my mobile fro this number saying If you did not place this order then press 1 if OK; 2 if not your charge;3 for refund; 4 something else. SCAM

Just received the same message on my mobile blocked it and reported it

Funny how this has only happened after using the QR code

22.12.2020 I received a phone call to my mobile which was a recorded message saying that a $250 purchase had been ordered for massages under my ebay account and to call back to verify. I rang the (08) 7200 1045 number back and an indian man answered saying 'ebay support'. He told me the number I had just called from (as I had used my landline which must have come up on his system) and told me that someone had tried to make a purchase of a voucher at 7am today using my mobile number to make an ebay account. I told him I hadn't made any such purchase and he then asked me for my mobile number and if my phone was android or iphone to verify and told me to go to 'Play Store' to download an app to secure my phone... It appeared to me to be an app to allow me (or others) to remotely access my phone from another device - so I didn't do it and told the operator that I would go to ebay and change all my account details and password and contact ebay and ring back because I felt uneasy about doing what he was suggesting and he hung up. SCAMMER!

Scam. The same about $249.99 debit. Do not answer.

I received a call from this number and I blocked it and reported it to scam email.

Same as others here - problem call.
Automated voice stating it's Ebay and that the amount of $249.99 will be debited from my account, to call a different number etc if I didn't make the purchase... Be careful everyone! Scam!

Same as others. Something about a payment to be made. I received a cut-off version of the message converted to text, possibly with the audio as an attachment (I'm not stupid enough to listen).

i have been calling them back every 2 mins and they say they are ebay bloody scammers

When I called back, just said that "it was out of service"
