Same as everyone else. Left a voice mail saying there is money being deducted from my eBay account. Have to call another number to have this rectified.
Auto scammers. Block and move on.

Same as above. I’m in rural NSW. They asked me to download an app so they can share my phone screen through so they’re getting more clever. Told me I purchased eBay gift cards at 7am in China for $250z They can refund it if I download some app and share my screen. Sounded exactly like a scam so I hung up!
They called my work phone which is Telstra. I don’t have my work number connected to any accounts

Calling my mobile phone everyday and leaving same text message each time about my account to be debited when I don't answer. I have now blocked the number.

Haven't purchased a gift card in the last 2 years, at least.

I am lucky my phone lets me know when its a scam caller

eBay purchase for $249, I pressed 1 so I could have some fun, he strangely couldn’t give me a purchase price for a donkey and 3 cows, sad.

transfer this call and number to the police fraud dept.

Call shown to be from South Australia with message about a false deduction from my account. Checked accounts and no false deductions. I have now blocked this number in my phone. But surely someone can shut down their phone account for this annoying phishing ...

Similar to above comments Robot call about a refund. Strange call as I did not order anything or is not due a refund. There seems to be a lot of these scammers call at the moment.

Did not answer but received a text message saying Money will be debited from my account etc Then it said this message was provided by TELSTRA at no cost to you.
Why can't TELSTRA do something to block these scammers and protect their customers?

Robo call, I hung up as soon as it took too long for them to reply to my "hello". After reading the other comments here I've blocked the number so the scumbags can't call me again.

If you don't know the number or the caller just delete it straight away; do not reply!

Received a message talking about a debit of $249.99 will be coming out of my account from a South Australian number. Seen this scam widely advertised. Just deleted the message from message bank.

Money will be debited from my account.
Call back at six.

They called from the land line number and then mobile numbers!!!
Enough!

Caller: SCAMMERS - Robot then person

This is a scam -I was told that my account was being used by someone in China to buy gist card totaling $249.99 I asked them what they wanted me to do and they asked me to go to phone settings. I said that I would follow up on my Ebay account and they said I had to go into phone settings . I said that it was bullsh*t and they were trying to scam me. They promptly hung up .
