I have missed 3 calls from this number in the last 2 days, does not ring long enough to answer it. Ringing the number back you get a legitimate sounding recorded message advising this is Telstra, just checking in and if you have any thing you wish to discuss call Telstra on 132200. Calling Telstra it was confirmed this call was not made by Telstra

She called saying she was from TSA on behalf of Telstra. “I’m not trying to sell you anything she started with. I’m calling about your broadband”, I don’t have an account with Telstra in my name, so I hung up.

If Telstra want to call me then bloody leave a message and stop multi calling and behaving like a scammer. It’s unprofessional the way they are behaving when we are flat out busy living our lives and being harassed by unknown callers. Why they think they are going to get any business traction when they have upset us is ridiculous psychology!🤪

Got call from that number and missed it. Did not leave message either. They want you to call back and i refuse unless detailed message left stating reason for call

If this is really Telstra as some people are claiming, why did my phone ring for two seconds and hang up before I could answer? All the hallmarks of a “please return our missed call” scam...

Then if you work for Telstra you should be telling your bosses that people don;t want to give personal information out on an unsolicited call. Bad practice by Telstra.

Apparently they buy lines from Telstra and then on-sell to you, they are not part of Telstra from what i have been told previously. Also if they hang up their computer records when you do and don't answer so that an actual person knows when best to call back. I have told them, i am on the do no call register, their call is illegal in Australia and will be forwarded to AFP, gets the required response, calls have dropped dramatically. Actually do this with all the phonies, selling solar power, give me money for an insurance accident i had previously and my favourite, something wrong with my computer and they need to log on to fix it. :)

I already received an email from Telstra to advise that I have unlimited broadband now, from 1000GB previously. Now they are calling me constantly to apparently advise me again! It just goes to show how useless they are that they can't even keep tabs on who they have advised via email. This sort of thing should be made illegal. I have now permanently blocked this number. If I want to chat to Telstra, I'll call them on my own terms, not be badgered by them every single damn day!! I might add that I will *NEVER* give personal information over to a cold caller ever.

Sounded like a young woman, said "Am I speaking to (my full name)? This is Telstra, we're phoning to let you know that we're increasing your data allowance at no extra cost to you. For security reasons, we need to confirm your date of birth." I declined to give the personal information, because it was obviously a scam.

Declined the call as my phone warned me of possible scam/fraud. Looking at these comments, I'd say that's more than likely what it is.
