This IS actually Telstra. They have been calling everyday for over a week, sometimes twice. Sometimes when I answered the line would go dead and other times I just didn’t answer. They have just called again and it’s just a courtesy call to advise of an increase to our internet allowance from. 500gb to 1000gb. Hopefully now that they have spoken to me they will stop calling.

I have received over 4 calls from this number today and have not answered. No voicemail, no texts. This is not standard Telstra protocol. Don't be naive people; this is not legitimate. You should never be contacted over the phone to provide contact information and personal details. Stay safe!

They have called me continuously for 5 days at all different times now and I don't answer the number Today I answered the phone and said hello a male voice said hello and hung up- SCAM

Well it was Telstra broadband and they said they are doubling my broadband internet and I checked my account and they did - weird random number tho lol and accented female voice made me suspicious but nope was legit.

Regardless if this number is legit or not. This number refuses to stop calling my phone. It behaves like a scam by calling at od times like 7.30 or 8.30 at night. I have added this number to block lis

5 missed calls, if i pickup they hangup, they've left no voicemail when i let it ring out.

Maybe a callback scam??? EG: Call back and high cost incurred?

It is legit. I was called to advise my NBN would be going to unlimited. I had already received an email about this and my data had already actually gone to unlimited on my online account. Did not ask for any personal details, etc. Did not try to sell me anything.

Nobody was there when I answered this call on my mobile. As only a few people know my mobile number I checked the web and found these comments. Good thing I didn't follow up on the missed call routine.

They called around the same time each day for five days straight (I didn't pick up, and no message was left) - nothing the last two days, so maybe they've given up.

I have had many calls from this number, so i answered and started by asking for their telstra ID, they provided this, i then rang telstra, quoted the number and they said it is LEGIT! If its legit, then why would telstra allow this type of practice, i refuse to provide any information and they just keep ringing!!!
