Keep them talking as long as you can. The longer they are talking to you the less that get scammed.

SCAM!! Saying she was from legal assessment and asking if me or anyone i know had a car accident recently. So, I said nope and hang up the phone and blocked it.

Same as most of the comments, accident claim in my favour blah blah blah, went along had him for 8mins then told him “his a grub” didn’t care about my claim then 😂😂😂

Another "Legal Assist" cold call. When I asked whether I have done business with that company before because I don't recognise the name, the caller became surly, said "you're wasting time"; then hung up on me.

Yup, as others have said, accented callers (males for me) claiming to be from ‘Legal Assist’ and saying they had information I’d been in an accident in the last two years. Keep calling.

l also received a call from this number they asked me to press 1 for a call back ???

Caller: Some indian guy

Called and asked for my son who had an accident recently. Couldnt give me a date and asked if anyone was injured in the accident i said his girlfriend was injured gave hime her name then he asked for her contact details. I said i couldnt and asked him why he wanted them and then he hung up.

I said I wasn’t interested thank you straight after she introduced herself and she hung up. Indian accent.
